Nem takarították fel a padlót rendesen, ez zavaró volt. A parkolás nagyon nehézkes.

Badezimmer sehr klein. Balkon war ein Witz. Restaurant zu klein, daher zu Mahlzeiten überfüllt. Essen ist sehr standardisiert, immer das gleiche Essen. Wenig Auswahl, Qualität ok, mehr nicht.
Espresso und Machiatto waren im AI Paket dabei, Latte musste extra bezahlt werden. Zimmer wurden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, Roomservice ging in die Zimmer rein während wir noch geschlafen haben!!!!
Garagenplatz kostet 10€/Tag, Garage ist aber immer noch Baustelle und sehr staubig und dreckig. Getränke und Liegen mussten am eigenen Hotelstrand bezahlt werden!!! Frechheit. Die Getränke von der Poolbar durften allerdings nicht zum Strand mitgenommen werden, da umsonst.
Der Direktor/Eigentümer ist wohl örtlich bekannt für seine Arbeitsweise und die vielen Restriktionen. Das ist kein AI Hotel.
Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert!!!
Und bei Booking hat das Hotel Note 9.4!!! Ein Witz. Schämt euch, beide Seiten.

A háromágyas szoba kétszemélyes franciaágy szélessége, két felnőtt testvér részére nevetségesen szánalmas méretű és komfortú. Egy ilyen kiváló szálloda ezt nem engedhetné meg magának, hogy olyan szélességű ágyat tegyen be egy superior szobába, amin maximum két kisgyerek fér el vagy két törpe. A fürdőből áradó, napi 24 órán keresztül érezhető tömény csatorna szag szintén nem a szálloda renoméját emeli. A bárpultnál dolgozó helyi szerb származású hölgyek modora és arrogáns, lekezelő viselkedése nem emeli az ellátás egyébként más tekintetben magas színvonalát. Nem biztos, hogy nekik a vendéglátásban kellene dolgozniuk ezzel a stílussal. A recepciós szőke hölgy segítőkészsége és kedvessége kompenzálta ezen személyeket.

Faptul că am fost cazat la etajul 3, iar la 4 a fost Sky Bar. De la ora 20.00 și până la ora 24.00 și între orele 06.00-07.00 nu te puteai odihni, deoarece clienții și personalul mutau scaunele, creând disconfort. La picioarele scaunelor puteau fi puse mici protecții.

Pool relativ klein

Our experience at this hotel ended in great disappointment because of the way we were treated as guests. From a hotel in this price range, we expected a certain level of hospitality, understanding, and consideration. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

On the last day of our stay, after checking out at 10 a.m., and knowing that our transfer to the airport was not until 4 p.m., I asked whether my children and I could use the showers and changing rooms by the pool so that we could shower and change before our journey. I would like to emphasize that we were hotel guests staying on an all-inclusive basis, and we were not asking for anything special — simply the possibility of briefly using the facilities on the ground floor a few hours after leaving our room, so that we could freshen up and get ready for our trip.

The answer was no, which honestly surprised me. The receptionist, a young man, told me that this was the hotel policy and that such an arrangement would require a significant additional payment (essentially paying for an extra day). However, he said he would check with the manager (a tall, dark-haired woman) who was currently in a meeting.

After some time, I asked him to confirm with her whether the final decision was really that guests with children, who had just completed their stay at the hotel, were not allowed to shower and change before their airport transfer. He went to her office next door and returned with a final negative answer.

When I asked to speak to her directly, the manager did not want to leave her office or speak to me. This left me completely speechless. I genuinely did not expect such a level of disrespect and lack of consideration towards a guest.

This experience left a much stronger impression on me than anything else about our stay.

Оценка 9.0 на Booking.com вводит в заблуждение, тем более включение этого отеля в категорию лучших. Реальная оценка 7.0., это бюджетный отеля для бюджетного проживания. За почти 500 евро за ночь вы можете снять другое жилье с более качественным сервисом.

All inclusive по большей части фикция. За эти деньги вы получите безлимитную еду и напитки уровня столовой, без каких-либо изысков. Любые отступления от этого правила потребуют оплаты, хотя и тут выбор маленький. На капучино не надейтесь, а то, что им называется лучше не пить)

Бассейн маленький, переполнен людьми, SPA номинальный.

Отель расположен достаточно хорошо, на второй линии близко к морю. Но это не должно создавать иллюзий, тишины здесь ожидать не стоит. Хотя нам дали хороший просторный номер с видом на море, окна открыть не получается, ночью особенно. Отель находится возле ночных клубов, где музыка громко играет до 3 - 4 ночи, на улице, по которой туристы возвращаются домой и орут до 5 утра, плюс машины ездят круглосуточно и громко.

Отдельно нужно упомянуть пляж. Пляжа своего у отеля нет! Отель даёт скидку по посещение пляжа Talia в 200 метров. Это городской пляж, перепоненный людьми, там целый день орёт музыка, периодически работает туалет и душ. Соседние пляжи такие же. На набережной ОГРОМНОЕ количество людей. В воде тоже, в этой части курорта море мутное. Если вы ищите спокойный пляжный отдых, этот отель и всё, что его окружает, не для вас.

Service. Staff was very unwelcoming.
1. We carried all the luggage on our own.
2. We got 1 card from the reception for 4 people which is very hard to manage between us. No additional card was given even though we asked.
3. We asked for late checkout or leave the luggage for 2 more hours since the checkout is very early at 10:00 am. The staff answered with “you can’t” and “if you want to leave luggage and use facilities pay 200 euros” which was just outrageous.

Only good service we gout was from lounge from a super nice and professional waitress called rose. Which is the only reason I didn’t rate this place with 1 star.
