Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, chyba najbliżej położony obiekt przy kompleksie Svaty Petr. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji.

Cons:

The approach of the manager - I booked 3 bed room w/ only 1 person occupancy over Booking.com. My daughter, who spent the whole week in Spinleruv mlyn teaching skiing and stayed elsewhere during her stay, decided to stay with me the last night in this room in the last moment. So basicly, what changed was the occupancy of the room from 1 to 2 people. When booking the room, the difference between 1 or 2 person occupancy was approx. 400,- CZK / night. So I expected to pay similar amount at the reception. What a surprise when they told me they want me to pay double the amount which I already paid for the room! I of course I objected and did not want to pay such a crazy amount for another person in already booked/paid room. But the manager insisted that I do have to pay the double ... I do travel a lot, all over the world and this, this was a really a unic experience to me - this lady just proved the bad reputation of hospitality services in Spindleruv mlyn, it just reminded me how greedy the people can be and that for them to ripp the customer off is the main intererst. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place due to their approach.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bei fast 150 € pro Person und Nacht, hätte ich mir mehr Komfort erwartet.

Śniadania bardzo słabe, cienkie ściany wszystko słychać nie ma kto uciszać gości po ciszy nocnej, ogólnie PRL cały hotel, narciarnia słaba.

Pros:

Szeroki wybór potraw, szwedzki bufet. Codziennie coś innego na ciepło.

Cons:

Sauna w remoncie a przydałaby się po nartkach.
