Buen lugar frente al a playa, pero requiere mayor esfuerzo de mantenimiento.
Pros:

Magnífica ubicación frente al mar y el personal siempre muy atento.

Cons:

El hotel requiere mantenimiento y un esfuerzo mayor en limpieza de algunas áreas. Apenas abrieron y ventilaron el cuarto cuando llegamos, así que olía mucho a humedad. Está bien que sea "pet friendly" pero deben exigir a los dueños de perros grandes que los controlen mejor. Es increíble que no tengan un botiquín de primeros auxilios. Un perro me lastimó y no había ni alcohol para limpiar mis heridas (leves, pero heridas al fin y al cabo).

El hotel es muy bonito y privado, además la salida al mar y los atardeceres son increíbles.

Cons:

Las instalaciones ya están descuidadas y necesitan mucho mantenimiento. Además la limpieza tiene que mejorar.... Vimos una rata mientras desayunábamos y la alberca tenía muchos insectos muertos. Además como juntan la basura a un lado de los camastros por la tarde olía horrible.

It was a great stay, right in front of the beach, let friendly however they do charge extra cost for your pets.
Pros:

Friendly staff, amazing people always ready to help you out with anything.

Cons:

Room was too hot when checking, it can be prepared a bit better before guests arrive at the end of the day is the first impression.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Berta and Mauricio were particularly outstanding in their service and made our stay unforgettable.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible food served at the hotel restaurant. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, and we were blown away by the quality of the dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options and everything was so fresh and tasty.

But what really made our stay memorable was the way the staff went above and beyond to celebrate the birthday of my partner. Berta and Mauricio surprised us with a cake and decorated our room, making our stay feel so special and personalized. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The friendly staff, delicious food, and personalized touches make it the perfect place to stay for any occasion. Thank you to Berta, Mauricio, and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future!
