Surprisingly good place for such an industrial area.
Pros:

Really good quality accomodation in surprising neighbourhood. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen area really great, our group enjoyed meals together.

Cons:

Stairs are quite steep especially with large suitcases. The view from windows is not the greatest but it's a part of the deal.
