Pros:

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and attentive and always ensured guests were being looked after. Special mention to Dinali and Nadun.
The pool is very large and not too cold.
I had a great view from the 3rd floor and it was very quiet at night.
The restaurant staff are wonderful and catered to my dietary requirements. The buffet dinner offered lots of vegetarian options and was definitely worth the 5,000 LKR!

The location was amazing along with a friendly staff offered a warm welcome.

Cons:

Please improve the quality of the breakfast with more varieties. Responsiveness to room services must be improved a lot. I had to remind three times a beer i requested to my room, and didn't get it even after that.

Lovely pool area.

Tricky to find and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Some of the communication with the staff felt stiff and clunky.

Lo recomiendo para estar alejado del bullicio de la ciudad.

Отель расположен высоко на горе. Добираться самое комфортное на машине. Заселение быстрое с приветственным соком. У нас был угловой номер с потрясающим видом из окон. Тихо. На завтрак - шведский стол с достаточным выбором. Дали гостевой ваучер за бронирование на букинге со скидкой 15% на ресторан и бар - приятно.

Milý personál na recepci, v restauraci i v rámci pokojských. Velmi chutné jídlo formou bufetu při snídaních, večeřích, absolutně nebyl problém s mojí bezlepkovou dietou. Vyzkoušeli jsme i večeři na pokoj, bylo to naprosto v pořádku, rychlé, chutné. Krásný bazén, na střeše jsme si dali drink. Vyzkoušeli jsme i laundry servis - opět profesionálně odvedená práce. Není co vytknout, moc děkujeme obzvláště milému panu managerovi v restauraci. Vřele doporučujeme,

Het hotel beschikt over een mooi uitzicht over Kandy (alleen hierdoor moet je wel steeds de berg op, wat best steil is). Ruime kamer. Prima ontbijt.
