La limpieza de todo el hotel y más aún de las habitaciones, en el baño se notaba el moho, la verdad que no me duché porque no me parecía confiable

Ficamos 12 dias e a limpeza não foi feita , saímos para a montanha por quatro duas , não limparam o quarto , não tiraram o lixo do banheiro, não trocaram as toalhas, o chuveiro sai pouca água .

Excelente localização, bom custo x benefício.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto limpo, simples mas confortável. Fomos muito bem atendidas durante nossa estadia, tivemos necessidade de check out mais tarde, o que foi prontamente atendido (mediante uma taxa -ok!). É um hotel básico mas que atende muito bem quem vai a Huaraz e fica fora quase o dia inteiro por conta dos passeios.

Cons:

O sistema de aquecimento da água demora um pouco (pode elevar o desperdício). Café da manhã bem simples.

Ubicación buena lugar sucio

Ubicación y flexibilidad en la hora de llegada

Cons:

Estaba Super sucio y lleno de polvo las fotos publicadas son engañosas desde las instalaciones hasta el bufet del desayuno para nada igual pero lo peor lo sucio del baño todo lleno de hongos yo salí a comprar sandalias y cloro para desinfectar

Que está cerca a la plaza

Cons:

Las habitaciones no eran como se veían en las fotos. Totalmente diferentes, pésima experiencia, los precios de booking más caros que los precios normales del hotel. El wifi pésimo.

Pros:

Estaba cerca del centro de Huaraz a un paso.
Limpiaban la habitación todos los días.

Cons:

Para comenzar con las habitaciones al menos la que me tocó no se parecía a la foto que muestra está mucho más desgastada desde los techos con parches, rajaduras, la cortina estaba rota. Al ser un lugar de frío es importante que tenga secadoras de cabello, pregunté en recepción y la persona que me atendió solo me miró me dijo no voltio su rostro y siguió en la computadora y así cualquier pregunta no tenía una respuesta amable. Por lo que vi muchas personas van entonces si hay entrada de dinero para que poco a poco arreglen y mejoren el lugar. Experiencia regular.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Plaza y el mismo centro, te permite moverte para hacer los diferentes Tours que uno quiera realizar, cerca de restarurantes, farmacias y otros servicios. sin embargo los fines de semana puede haber más ruido, por diferentes actividades del centro, como sugerencia sería interesante que haya una inversión en ventanas anti ruido, sería genial.

Cons:

Falta mejorar el servicio del personal, a veces les sobre pasa algún imprevisto y no resuelven tan rápido, sin embargo, siempre amables.
