Pros:

Nothing it a scam Not. Exist it’s cost me damage more then the booking. I lost my appointments and lost money

LAGOON ROOM DOES NOT EXIST - FRAUD
Pros:

room doesn't exist. Hotel had no record and no payment. staff at imperial laguna were excellent though, helping me out and finding a room
