Please note the 50 pax maximum occupancy limit at lobby level pool area is still in effect until further notice. The property’s second pool (located on the 2nd floor) is also open and available for guest use.

Unterkunft gut, Krisenmanagement schlecht.
Pros:

Für 2 Personen gute Wohnung. Ausstattung in Ordnung, ein Eßtisch fehlt. Solange es hell ist kann man den Tisch auf dem Balkon nutzen.

Cons:

Am 23. November hatten wir von Morgens bis 22:00 keinen Strom. Kein Licht (dunkel ab 18 Uhr), Kühlschrank taut ab, keine Klimaanlage .... Kann passieren. Aber das Kompensationsangebot vom Haus Ilikai beschränkte sich auf ein gratis Eis. Schäbig, dazu ist die Unterkunft zu teuer. Der Brief an den Hotelbesitzer folgt nach unserem Urlaub.

Aside from the check in staff who didn't act very friendly or welcoming at all, the stay was nice.
Pros:

We loved the kitchen and the balcony. Much better than a regular hotel room that doesn't have either one. We also loved having a kettle to boil water for our cups of tea.

Cons:

The female check in staff were very 'indifferent' to us. Not friendly, not smiling, didn't even look up at us when they spoke. But the male reception staff was super friendly and welcoming, so each time we needed to check in or ask a question, we tried very hard to go to the male staff members.

Worth it!
Pros:

No vent in shower. Hours of the pool were very short. 2nd level pool very shallow. Staff was great, Hotel rooms were great, location great as well.

A hidden gem at the right pricve on Waikikki!
Pros:

Excellent high speed Internet; my wife had to teach a university graduate seminar by Zoom and the Internet as fast and robust. Service in the grille--excellent. Bellmen. Very, very prompt!

Cons:

Breakfast--Way, way too many carbs--rice and potatoes?-- and not enough nutritious food. I just wanted a simple cheese omelette and a bagel or English muffin and it as extremely difficult. And expensive. The omelette lacked any taste, either. Not work the price or hassle.
