Realmente me pareció absurdo.
Clean
V noisy.
Poor wifi.
The staff were so rude at checkout, we were made to feel like criminals. Upon checkout, a member of staff went to inspect the room, then returned holding a towel which had got a mark on it. Then she phoned her boss, said we were tourists/foreigners. Consequently, we were told we had to pay a 20,000 pesos deposit in case they couldn’t get rid of the mark. They said if we left our bank details they would return the deposit. Disgusting attitude.
Stuff was very friendly, place was really nice, clean and well organized.
They have a time for closing the access to the hotel to midnight, that I found really bad, it should be improved.
