Siempre había una sola persona haciendo todos los cargos , deberían ser dos en temporada alta .la habitación tenía una capa de polvo sobre el armario y el tv , los muebles , paredes y en general la casa requiere un mantenimiento. Habia un colchón en la escalera todos los días , se fue la luz y no había internet para hacer el check -out

Para el establecimiento el cliente no tiene la razón

El desayuno se mantiene adecuado.

Me he quedado en varias ocasiones ya que la ubicación del hotel me encanta, pero esta última estancia fue decepcionante en múltiples aspectos que numeraré a continuación:
1. Había reservado la habitación de siempre (la más grande que tiene balcón), pero cuando llegué al hotel está habitación se encontraba ocupada por lo que me asignaron en una de menor tamaño. Hablé con la administradora que en vez de disculparse me indicó que si no estaba contento con mi habitación me podía ir, al final me tuve que quedar porque iba a un evento familiar cercano, al pagar esperaba que me hubieran ajustado la tarifa para la de la habitación de inferior categoría pero no lo hicieron, así que termine pagando la tarifa de la habitación en la cual no me quedé.
2. Las toallas del baño estaban rotas (nunca había visto esto en un hotel del cual me haya quedado en Booking).
Sugiero al establecimiento que si las tarifas no les permiten mejorar sus instalaciones que las aumenten, pero de todos los años en los cuales me he quedado se ve un deterioro en todo: instalaciones, personal y administración.

Excelente servicio , el desayuno fue delicioso

Nos gustaron las instalaciones, el parqueadero es a 2 cuadras del hotel sin embargo la zona es muy segura.
