Not a place to recommend, not even for an one night sleep
Pros:

It is quiet; we only spent one night

Cons:

The facilities in the room and bathroom were outdated and could use an improvement. Overall clean room, but a strange and powerful perfume persisting which unfortunately could not be washed out by opening the window (there were 36 degrees when we stayed in June). The air conditioning was working, but old and very noisy.
Big terrace which was common for 3 apartments and we could not sleep with the balcony door open.
The price of the double room is pretty expensive considering what they are offering.
