Mostafa nous a fais un très bonne accueil, très gentil , et parle très bien anglais ce qui nous a bien aidé, je recommande cet hôtel !

The hotel is as seen in the photos; it's newly renovated. It has rooms with pyramid views and a restaurant.

Cons:

Naturally, the area around Giza is very old and chaotic. When you book through Booking.com, they also charge a commission fee. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is very poor; the bathroom doors in the family room are glass and don't provide privacy. The breakfast was terrible; we could only eat bread. I will definitely not choose this establishment again.

Мы остановились в этом отеле и остались довольны. Отличное расположение. Халед, отвечающий за еду и напитки, и бариста Омар - очень душевные люди. Они всегда встречали нас с искренней улыбкой, запоминали наши предпочтения и были максимально внимательны. Отель оставил приятное впечатление: чисто, уютно, хороший сервис. Для тех, кто приезжает ради пирамид и Сфинкса очень удачный вариант по сочетанию цены и качества.

Pros:

Everything at the hotel was wonderful. We loved everything, especially the restaurant staff, Khaled and bistro staff, Omer. They were very kind people. It was also a clean and comfortable hotel, and we would love to return.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima proprio di fronte alle piramidi. La camera è accogliente e spaziosa.

Cons:

Non veniva effettuata la pulizia quotidiana della camera e per tre notti non ci è mai stata pulita la stanza. La colazione ha pochissima scelta.
Ci era stato comunicato che il servizio di navetta aeroportuale sarebbe costato 20$ a tratta (17€), all’arrivo ci hanno fatto pagare 20€ e al ritorno in aeroporto l’equivalente di 27€

Pros:

Tutto buonissimo.

Cons:

Ristorante molto bello con n vista sulle piramidi ma piuttosto caro.
Le escursioni che si possono prenotare in albergo sono molto più care di quelle prenotate al di fuori.
Anche i taxi non vanno prenotati in albergo perché carissimi anche il doppio di quelli fermati per strada.

Cons:

Rooms not very clean, we left the key to clean the room and they only made the bed, no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no toilet paper, no vacuuming.
We reserved 3 rooms and one of them did not even had hot water and one of them kept having bathroom pipes smell and.
