Pros:

Great location and view of the Pyramids. Decent sized room. Transfers and tours organized were great. Memo was very informative and we enjoyed our time with him at the pyramids and GEM.

No. Not worth the money, not clean, not comfortable.
Pros:

It was a bed to sleep in, had pyramid view during breakfast, Khalid and most of the other employees were very nice.

Cons:

rooms had a very disturbing sweet and sour stench + apparently smoking is allowed in the rooms (smell)
bed sheets and pillows had a lot of yellow/grey stains
location is terrible aside from visiting the pyramids -> Uber rides will (if you have a Western name / you can change it to an Egyptian name to get rid of that issue) make up stories to charge you 1000% the price
Breakfast selection did not feel clean or well presented

In all fairness: we did not give the hotel the opportunity to correct this but since the room of our friends was similar we didn't want to bother with the discussion.

Välkommen till kairo habibi 🤣
Pros:

Personalen på restaurangen var helt underbara, speciellt Khaled. Dom såg till att det alltid fanns mat att äta. Stor tack till kökspersonal och servitrisen.

Cons:

Trafiken var mycket lyhörd, inget hotellet kan göra något åt det men det var mycket störande. Som tur är så hade jag med mig öronproppar som hjälpte lite😅🤷

朝食時にピラミッドが見れる
Pros:

スタッフがとても感じが良かった。
初めてのピラミッドが朝食時に見れて感動した。
ランドリーもスムーズにしていただけた。
レストランのおじさんが優しい方でした。

Cons:

食事にラップがしてあって開けにくかった。となりにスラムみたいなゴミだらけの広場があった。
宿泊客が少なかった。

Pros:

Friendly staff, and clean place to stay. We also booked Nile cruise and Pyramids tour from them, and were quite happy with both. Our Pyramids guy was named Mimo, and we were quite satisfied with him.

Cons:

The breakfast could be much improved

It's best to sleep in the hotel and go sightseeing
Pros:

Friendly service, good breakfasts with a view of the pyramids.

Cons:

On a busy, not-so-clean street, where children were asking for financial support. Narrow passageways, a tiny lobby, the window was supposed to offer a view of the pyramids, but instead it faced the street. It's a good thing there was a window.

Pros:

Generally the hotel was great and as described, the staff team welcomed us and were really kind and answered everything we had questions for. A special thanks to especially Khaled who was by the food and beverages who was always there to help and made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped in!

The restaurant had a great view of the pyramids. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all. Some of the staff made us feel a little uncomfortable with our interactions with them at the front desk. They don’t mention that you have to pay for the bottles of water that they freely hand out to you when ask. We only found out later that it was $5 for the bottles of water we had asked them for during our stay. The shower drain was quite blocked and water from the toilet or shower was leaking. The pictures also do not truly represent what the hotel and the room truly look like, particularly the restaurant area.
