Big room with affordable price
I like the breakfast, the staff serve me very well even though i came late in the night.
The surrounding quite loud.

The cleanliness, you need to tell the reception everytime you need the room to be clean.
Toilet too cramp, the glass shower is just few inches to the toilet bowl and shower not covered hence water is all over.
The bed rocks, even by just sitting on it, you make it squeak.

Diaa was very helpful and provided a professional support during our stay. The location was perfect for us; very close to shops and restaurants. The best facility for this hotel was the lobby which was nice and clean.
Rooms were clean, but there was no sofas or enough chairs to set on. We used beds all the time for resting and watching Television. Toilet was disastrous as it was old, dirty and needed good maintenance. Kitchen was also outdated and sink was rusty. This hotel needs a good refurbishment to elevate its services.
