As camareiras não passam pano no chão, só arrumaram a cama, mas o chão estava cheio de cabelo
Cama horrível com os lençóis saindo da mesma.. acordei em cima do colchão sem lençol nenhum.

First and foremost, the wi-fi at this hotel is unacceptably weak. Beyond that, there is no public foyer area really to sit and work other than the restaurant where the internet was weak and it was hot. Even in the room, the internet didn't work so well. Hot water came eventually, but it tood awhile. If the electronic keys get anywhere near your phone or magnet, they have to be recharged. The gym is tiny with one machine and two treadmills. It's not a bad place, it's just not what you would expect from a "nice" hotel in a city.

Quarto espaçoso, mas banheiro muito pequeno, com a tampa do vaso quebrada. Noite da chegada com evento no hotel, som extremamente alto até 22h. Desrespeitoso.
Boa localização
Pouca opção no café da manhã, e não gosto de já está tudo pronto. Por exemplo melhor ter a opção de pedi um tapioca quentinha ou um ovo. Tudo isso estava frio e olha que cheguei cedo. Antes das 7:30 hrs já tinha tomado café.

Staff péssimo, não pude contar com eles. Tive que lavar o cabelo com sabonete, pois não havia no banheiro e o staff não trazia/ fazia reposição e eu pedi mto. Sujo, muito sujo.
