Muy mal ubicado, zona sucia y bulliciosa. No brindan shampoo, solo jaboncillo. Debes pedir toallas todos los días. Desayuno muy básico. El hotel no está en Chapinero, está en Palermo.

Cons:

1. Contraté 3 habitaciones para 1 noche, de las cuales ninguna de las camas tenía sábanas ni toallas en la habitación (las tuvimos que pedir en recepción)
2. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear
3. Al hacer el check out, vimos que 2 personas hospedadas en la misma habitación distintas camas tenían picaduras en las manos que antes no tenían, que coincidían con chinches. Ante esto el hotel no nos dio ninguna solución (que iría la empresa de limpieza a verlo…. No se sabe cuando) ni por supuesto indemnización económica.
4. Esta queja me hubiera gustado dejarla por escrito en la recepción, no pude porque no tienen hojas de reclamación (totalmente ilegal)
