Pros:

Definitely I will consider Lijam hotel for my next trip to Amman/Jordan
Pros:

It is very nice place to stay, all staff were very friendly and professional.
in the mid of night the reception manager had called me in person to make sure I'm comfortable

Clean with spacious family rooms, exactly what we needed
Pros:

• Staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. From the security guards to the reception desk to the breakfast servers, everyone made our stay comfortable and memorable

• Our family room was nicely distributed and spacious, was exactly what we needed

• Buffet breakfast was also very good

• Very near to where we had to stay in Amman, but its takes around 20mins to drive to the city center. For us this wasn’t an issue but for other tourists looking to stay around more “must visit places” it might be too far

Cons:

• Hot water heater has to be manually turner on and is limited to 50 liter capacity at a time. 2 family members were running the shower at the same time and in about 7-8mins the water was ice cold. They had to step out and wait around 25mins for water to heat, wasn’t fun

• Parking is limited to the street outside the hotel, can be tricky to find a place

• AC is centrally controlled and was set to around 24C during our stay, meaning we couldnt turn up the heating during a very cold and rainy day
