Pros:

Fantastic stay at Lijam Hotel in Amman! The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention to Linda and Trad for their's kindness and excellent service.

I would also like to give my special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Kiwan, the manager, for his professionalism and for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

Highly recommended! I would definitely stay at Lijam Hotel again when visiting Amman. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality! ❤️

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق من أفضل التجارب التي مررت بها في عمّان، وأستطيع أن أوصي به بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة، والرقي، والخدمة الاحترافية.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لمدير الفندق الأستاذ محمد كيوان، الذي يظهر أثر إدارته المتميزة في كل تفاصيل الفندق. احترافيته واهتمامه براحة النزلاء ينعكسان بشكل واضح على مستوى الخدمة الاستثنائي.

كما أشكر فريق قسم الاستقبال على حسن الاستقبال، وسرعة الإجراءات، والابتسامة الدائمة، والاستعداد لتقديم المساعدة في أي وقت، مما جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا.

ولا يفوتني أن أثني على المطعم، حيث كانت جودة الطعام ممتازة، وتنوع الأصناف رائع، والشكر موصول إلى جميع الشيفات والمضيفين على احترافيتهم، وكرم ضيافتهم، واهتمامهم بأدق التفاصيل.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen.
Das personal im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung und das Restaurant auch sehr gut.
Wir hatten für 4 Personen Zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer, mit sehr viel Platz.
Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

I would like to take the time to thank all the amazing staff at Lijam Hotel in Amman/Jordan.
All the staff were nothing short of amazing. Always carrying a warm smile on their faces, they made us (my mom and myself) feel at home rather than in a hotel. In particular, Mohammad Kirwan (the manager), who never failed to assist with anything and went the extra mile, no matter what.
Also, I am sending a big big 'Thank you!' to Ayla and Linda, who were so incredibly helpful and nice.
