كل هذا شي ووجود مدير تنفيذي اسمه محمد كيوان.. هذا الرجل جالس يعطي دورات في فن التعامل،،، يسعى لتحقيق رغبة الضيف ويرد على أي تساؤل بلا ملل،،، سبحان من وهبه هذا الخلق وحسن التعامل...
الفندق يقع في مكان جميل جدا منطقة مرتفعه اسمها (شفا بدران) المنطقة تفتح النفس وهوائها نقي وفيها حركة لكن ليست مزعجه،،، أثاث حديث وعزل الزجاج ممتاز والاطلالات روعه كون المكان حولها اراضي لا يوجد فيها عمران يعني مفتوح شوي..

ويوجد سوبر ماركت صغير أسفل الفندق وكذلك يوجد سوبر ماركت كل ماتتخيله موجود على بعد خمس دقايق مشي اسمه ( سيفوي) ويوجد مسجد قريب مشي ويوجد محل خضار أيضا مشي....

كنت أتمنى وجود أدوات طبخ وهيتر للقدر... الموجود غلايه ميكرويف فقط

كانت تجربة جيدة .. و استقبال ممتاز جدا جدا خاصة مدير الاستقبال ذو مهنية و أخلاق عالية .
