Äußerst freundliches Personal. Schom bei der Ankunft ist man uns draußen entgegengekommen um uns die Koffer abzunehmen. Die Lage in Rabat ist sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

The receptionist Osama or Hussam (ot sure of his name) was very hospital and gave good recommendations about the city

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel looked very new, was very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom were great. The area was peaceful and iit was easy to get a taxi outside the hotel when required..

Pulizia, cortesia e posizione

Le Brâat hôtel est un lieu véritablement chaleureux et confortable. L’accueil fut parfait. Les personnes à la réception ont constamment été souriante et avenante. Monsieur Ahmed, aux petits soins pour nos bagages. Notre fabuleuse dame d’ouvrage Chaimae, à elle aussi pris soin de nous avec cœur et gentillesse. Nous avons été impressionnés par l’ensemble des services, de l’attention de la propreté et la bienveillance de chacun des membres de l’équipe de cet hôtel. Sur cinq étoiles, j’en rajoute une et estimerai la valeur de ce lieu à une plus haute valeur avec six étoiles. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à Rabat, notamment grâce à cette merveilleuse équipe, bienveillante, chaleureuse et attentive. Merci à chacune des personnes qui travaillent dans ce lieu.

My second stay at Hotel BRAAT in Rabat was once again truly exceptional from beginning to end. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it feels like a warm home away from home, which is exactly why I happily returned.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and thoughtful. What impressed me most is how naturally they remember your preferences and go above and beyond to make every moment comfortable and personal. Their hospitality comes straight from the heart.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful: elegant, spotless, peaceful, and maintained to perfection. You can truly feel the care and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel.

And the food… simply outstanding. The chef is extraordinarily talented and knows exactly how to combine the authentic flavors of Moroccan cuisine with refined Western influences. Every meal was a culinary experience full of rich flavors, creativity, and balance. Honestly, some of the best food I have had in Morocco.

What also touched me deeply is the atmosphere among the staff themselves. You can clearly see they operate like a family — with respect, warmth, teamwork, and pride. For me, that says everything about the soul of a hotel, because when the team feels connected, guests feel it too.

Hotel BRAAT offers luxury, authenticity, comfort, and genuine human warmth all in one place. Rarely have I experienced such sincere hospitality combined with such high standards of service.

The fact that this was my second stay says everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I already look forward to coming back again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable once again.
