Pros:

Het personeel was uitstekend! Heel aardig, begripvol en heel respectvol. Er was een misverstand met de spa en als compensatie mochten er gratis bij een andere spa services kiezen. Kamer was schoon en voorbereid met koekjes. Overal tevreden met alles

Hotel moderno e tranquillo, ottima base per affrontare visita di Rabat ed altri luoghi bellissimi
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, il quartiere è tranquillo, si raggiungono agevolmente a piedi i principali trasporti (tram veloce e stazione Rabat Ville). Personale gentile e disponibile ad organizzare servizi aggiuntivi.

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto cominciare la giornata con una colazione locale, prodotti e piatti marocchini preparati al momento. La colazione "internazionale" è comunque discreta.

Parfait, bonne adresse sur Rabat

Rapide séjour en famille mais nous avons hâtes d’y revenir
Pros:

L’emplacement est top pour visiter la ville. Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre très spacieuse et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner était varié et les attentions apportées dans les chambres (café, tisane, douceurs sucré,…) ont été très appréciés.

La propreté des lieux, ainsi que la qualité des équipements. L'hôtel mets un point d'honneur sur l'accueil, la propreté et la qualité des services.
Le personnel est très aimable et disponible.

Cons:

L'emplacement bien que proche de pas mal de choses malgré tout. Ce n'est vraiment pas bloquant.

We had Excellent stay, Terrific people, Accommodating & Friendly staffs and Comfortable environment
Pros:

We had excellent choices to make at breakfast and the food was enjoyable. The Hotel location is well situated openly in the street and there's no missing it. The staffs were great and attentive to our needs, even if you don't ask they're still offering help.

Cons:

I really don't have any negative views of this place during my 5 days of stay there and both of my children 20 and 22 years old felt the same way too.
