False advertisement. Booking said it had sofa beds and when I arrived it was only 1 bed and I was given no solution. I drove from Lima to Cusco and that was a rest stop for us and it was horrible bc we couldn’t even look for another place, they didn’t offer us a solution, nothing, we left at 4am and wished we were able to enjoy it. Oh! Also the fridge had melted and when I opened it, it spilled all over the floor. Gave me more work.

Beautiful, modern and a great price
Pros:

Beautiful clean, new room with great tv and beautiful breakfast spot overlooking the town and mountains. Amazing value for money, and never saw another Western tourist which I loved!

Cons:

Basic staffing and little to no English, but that is why I liked it so much!

Me gusto la amabilidad del personal, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar, las ventanas contraplacadas de la habitacion, las tarjetas en vez de llaves, la ventilacion de la habitacón.

Very modern and clean hotel. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Probably the most modern facilities in the area.

Cons:

Close to Plaza Talavera, but 5 or 10 minutes in taxi to Andahuaylas.

O entorno do lugar parece um pouco esquisito, mas o hotel supera expectativas. Os quartos são muitos bons, camas, banheiros e café da manhã valeram super a pena! Parece ser um hotel novo.

Ruhiges Zimmer in Stadtrandlage, als Transferstop geeignet. Ordentliches Frühstück ab 7 Uhr verfügbar.

Cons:

Sauberkeit mit Mängeln. Vorsicht mit größeren Auto: Zufahrt zur relativ engen Tiefgarage fordert einige Fahrtkünste.

Um bom hotel!
Pros:

O quarto é incrível, confortável! Tudo perfeito! Bom espaço de banheiro! Tive um problema com vaso sanitária, devido altitude água não entrava, o pessoal do hotel prontamente resolveu!

Cons:

A localização não tem restaurantes bons por perto, sem contar que era muito distante da cidade Andahuaylas! O café da manhã incluso, tem somente 2 opções e se quiser qualquer coisa como um pouco mais de café é cobrado adicional! Entrada da garagem é pequena para quem te veículo grande, não recomendo!

The best value for the money.
Pros:

Outstanding - modern, clean, comfortable. A totally unexpected experience in the most positive way.

Cons:

Management needs to train all their staff that Pets are indeed allowed. Initially, the reception attendant did not want to allow our service dog, but ten minutes later and with a phone call to the manager, the problem was resolved. A small blemish in an otherwise fantastic experience. Breakfast was excellent, fresh delicious fruit, coffee, a real smoothie, scrambled eggs, and the best “pan campesino” I’ve had.
