The music was playing until morning. There was no hot water. The breakfast was not good. The environment itself was not

Personal poco amable.

Las vistas que tenía hacia el lago.

En primer lugar el personal poco amable, pagamos la estancia nada más llegar, y como no teníamos el dinero justo le dimos de más, nos comentó que iba a algún sitio cerca a por cambio, cuando volvimos a la noche, le preguntamos por el cambio, al principio se hicieron los locos, luego nos ofrecieron menos de lo que nos debían y aún así nos dijeron que ya si eso nos lo devolvían al día siguiente, al día siguiente nos íbamos y se lo volvimos a recordar una vez más, nos quería dar menos aún, finalmente tras tanto insistir nos lo devolvieron.
Por otro lado les preguntamos por algún transporte para ir a Kandy al día siguiente, el precio que nos ofrecían por ir en tuk tuk era el mismo que nos costaba ir en coche privado, les dijimos que no, seguían muy insistentes, y riéndose de nosotros.
Siguiendo, por todo lo que se escucha en la habitación, escuchas los coches, la gente de fuera, hasta cuando alguien de la habitación de al lado va al baño… La ducha no estaba limpia, la bomba del baño no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido.
Por no hablar del desayuno, que no estaba mal, pero le pedimos un yogur más ya que no nos gustaba parte de la fruta y nos dijeron que no nos lo daban.

El precio que pagas es por las vistas, por el resto no lo recomendaría, ni volvería a repetir en esta estancia.

Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber leider wegen des Zustands des Zimmers kein Wohlfühlort.
Pros:

Super Lage, Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See. Interessante, verschlungene Architektur.

Cons:

Wir mussten kurzfristig umbuchen. Vielleicht hat die Zeit nicht mehr gereicht, um unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Aber dieser Raum wirkte, als sei er seit Monaten nicht mehr gründlich geputzt worden. Ausserdem hat der Raum und wohl das ganze Gebäude eine Sanierung nötig. Es würde sich lohnen, das Hotel könnte eine Top-Adresse in Kandy sein.

Vista molto carina, staff gentile e colazione ottima

Cons:

La camera non è molto silenziosa, di notte capita di sentire le scimmie che girano sul balcone o soffitto e sembra di averle in camera. Non è molto adatto se si ha un sonno leggero :)

Hôtel avec vue sur les hauteurs de Kandy
Pros:

- emplacement parfait à qq minutes du centre mais sur les hauteurs avec vue sur la lac
- personnel adorable
- chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue
- petit déjeuner copieux

Muy recomendable, espectacular trato
Pros:

Prabhat nos dio un trato de 10, le pedimos si se podía adelantar el desayuno 20 min para poder coger el tren de Kandy a Ella y fue súper amable y lo hizo por nosotros! La habitación muy cómoda, colchón y almohada de mucha calidad, sin duda merece la pena alojarse ahí
