Pros:

Excellent location, with few minutes walk very easy to reach the center

Cons:

The flat was not clean, the floor was dirty. The kitchen and the dining area is not for 5 people, we could not sit together, even not for quick breakfast.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We completely enjoyed our stay in very spacious and clean apartments. The location to The Parthenon was within walking distance, and lots of local restaurants.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Mitarbeiterinnen vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage war ok, zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber fußläufig für das Stadtzentrum..

Cons:

Das gesamte Haus ist unfassbar hellhörig, weniger von außen als im Haus. Die Toilettenspülung oder herunter fallende Kleinigkeiten ertönen vor allem nachts im ganzen Haus. Schlaf,...naja....
Ich fand auch die Beschreibung irreführend, denn wir haben echt mehr Platz und eine schöne Aussicht erwartet.
Die Toilettentür hat keine Griffe und somit schwer zu bedienen.

Great location, nice apartment, great for few days in Athens
Pros:

Really good location, close to the Acropolis and metro station, bascially in the city centre, but not in the most expensive part and with a lot of local restaurants and cafeterias where locals eat/drink (really good food in the Olympion restaurant and in Γραβιερόπιτα Νάξου). The apartment is clean (even the corners of the room ;) ) and big enough for 3 adults to walk around etc. but if you're coming for more than few days, there's nowhere to storage your clothes - I'm not talking about a huge closet to put every piece of your clothing, but at least few shelfs and maybe more hangers would make a difference so you don't have to reach to your suitcase every time you need something. For us it wasn't a problem, but if you're coming for more than 3-4 days, that might be annoying. Nice view from the roof (and the roof itself is nice with beds and chairs). There's even a toilet so you don't have to go back to your room when you're sitting there. It's what you need for couple of days in Athens. Good contact with the personel, although there's no one in the reception - all contact is by phone/whatsapp. They answer quickly but it'd be nice to have someone in person at least for an hour eg around the check-in. Have in mind, that the description for this room is not relevant - there was no stove top, sink or pots etc. when we checked-in. They solved this problem the next morning, providing everything we needed for the kitchenette (besides the sink of course, cause that'd be a bigger renovation ;p), so that's a big plus for them. They even left us some small sweet gifts so that was really nice of them. The shower is big enough and working good. If you're coming for few days - it's a place for you.

Cons:

No hangers or shelf in the bathroom - you have no place to put your clothes or even the towel when you're taking a shower. Literally few, even cheap hangers would help. We were in March and it was quite cold in the apartment, especially in the evenings and nights. There was a heater in the bathroom but didn't work (we tried to turn it on, but no luck). There's also a lot of humidity in the bathroom and in the room. We could see that it's a regular problem because you could spot black dots (fungus from moisture) on the bathroom window. I guess, they should maybe think about the ways to heat the place in the winter/early spring?
