Hotel perfecto para pasar unos dias de visita en Santander.
Pros:

La habitación correcta, amplia y con cama grande y cómoda, adecuada a la categoria del hotel. El lavabo amplio y cómodo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
El hecho de que disponga de un amplio aparcamiento gratuito para vehículos es un punto a su favor.
El personal atento, simpático y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda o incidente en el hotel.

Bom para descansar após passeio pela cidade
Pros:

Cama confortável, boa insonorização, bom pequeno-almoço e funcionários simpáticos. Estacionamento gratuito.

Cons:

O quarto podia estar mais limpo embora estivesse aceitável. O hotel fica próximo de uma fábrica que, dependendo da direção do vento, pode tornar o cheiro desagradável. Fica numa zona industrial pouco apelativa mas facilita a movimentação para dentro e fora da cidade.

Pros:

El hotel es monísimo. Super agradable. El desayuno buenísimo y el personal muy atento. Hemos estado súper cómodos. Y la perrita también genial. Esta muy limpio. Hemos estado encantados!

Cons:

Hacia un poco de calor en las habitaciones, pero puede ser por el propio cambio de tiempo que se haya desconfigurado calefacción.

El hotel estaba situado en un lugar terrible, al lado de la carretera. Durante toda la noche se oía el ruido del tráfico, era imposible dormir.
En cuanto a la limpieza: a primera vista todo parecía muy limpio, pero si te fijabas bien, por ejemplo, encima de la cama no quitaban el polvo, e incluso había un trozo de pan.
Pedimos desayuno tipo bufé: todo estaba normal, limpio, y en general el desayuno estuvo bien. El personal fue agradable.
Pero viajábamos con un niño y no nos dieron una cama doble; en su lugar juntaron dos camas individuales, y el niño durmió en una cama aparte. La habitación era muy pequeña, y el baño también era muy pequeño.
Además, el precio es muy elevado para un hotel de este nivel.
En la habitación no había nada de aire, era imposible respirar. Estábamos en la tercera planta y no corría nada de aire. Abríamos la ventana, pero se oía la carretera; incluso al cerrarla, también se oía. Tanto con la ventana abierta como cerrada, el ruido del tráfico era muy fuerte.

Pros:

The staff were helpful especially Michelle on the front desk who made taxi bookings as at the last minute we had to take our dog to the vet hospital
for a tablet before we could board the ferry the next day.
Excellent breakfasts also.
Dog friendly ,nice grounds and not far from the port.

Cons:

Nothing really.Traffic in Santander which is a beautiful town was busy and erratic.
