HOTEL MUY RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

Hay muchos aspectos positivos a destacar: en primer lugar la atención recibida por el personal de recepción, desde que llegamos siempre fuimos atendidos con mucha amabilidad. Toda petición que hicimos fue cumplida enseguida. Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza fue excelente: habitaciones limpias y toallas cambiadas todos los días. La habitación como tal cumple su función. Que haya bidones de agua en los pasillos para poder servirse un vaso también me parece un muy buen acierto. El parking también se agradece pues aparcas justo al lado de la recepción y te ahorras viajes largos con las maletas.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó y que para mí no puede restarle muchos puntos porque es algo muy subjetivo son los almohadas. Había una extremadamente dura y otra que parecía una hoja de papel de lo fina que era. Repito, para mí es subjetivo, pero considero que es un hotel que para los servicios que tiene y donde está ubicado, la gente lo va a utilizar como punto de descanso y debería ser un detalle a tener en cuenta.

Encantador hotel
Pros:

Me hospedé con mi familia, cuatro personas en total. Nos acomodaron en una suite con dos baños impecable. El personal adorable. El desayuno buffet muy completo. A pesar de que queda en las afueras, en la zona hay dos centros comerciales y cantidad de opciones de ocio. Además está muy bien comunicado por autovía.

El Zumo de naranja muy logrado. La atención del personal. Tener parking gratis. La atención del agua en la habitación y zona ascensor. La ducha muy bien , no pátina nada . Camas muy comodas. Nada de ruido del trafico exterior, muy cerca Centro Comercial ..Muy bien para un 3*

Cons:

No es queja...pero para llegar a nuestra habitación hacer el pasillo, se hace algo largo desde el ascensor... lo bueno es que la habitación es muy muy tranquila...

Great hotel for ferry travellers y TV
Pros:

The hotel is situated only 10 minutes from the ferry port, so is extremely convenient for UK departures.
The minute we stepped inside we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist (5pm on Friday 20th March) who assisted us with our check in which was easy.
Our room was bright and airy and very clean. The bed linen was white and crisp and the bed itself was so comfortable.
The toilet and shower were sparkling clean.
For those travelling with a dog, there is a dog park situated directly behind the hotel where there were lots of dogs and owners mixing.
The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely hotel great breakfasts
Pros:

Quiet with a good location near to the ferry. Clean and comfortable with a large choice of things for breakfast. Bus stop outside (no 12). Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We booked a room with a kitchenette as we were there 5 days to see the area before catching the ferry home. Whilst adequate there is little workspace and limited utensils. Luckily we had our own kettle etc from our self catering accommodation

Enjoyable, relaxing and felt very comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food was good and varied, breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel was easy to find and in our case close to the ferry..ample car parking..a very pleasant experience…thank you

Pros:

Fácil acceso y parking incluido en el precio.
No está céntrico, pero para mí es una ventaja no tener que entrar en la ciudad para llegar al hotel. Además, si quieres ir al centro hay servicio de autobuses casi en la puerta
El personal es amable y la habitación completa. Hay agua de cortesía en la habitación y dispensador de agua en cada planta
Me gusta que haya una puerta de separación entre la entrada y el baño y la habitación.

Muy bien
Pros:

La ubicación bien para un viaje de trabajo, pero luego no hay nada cerca. Un corte inglés a unos 600-700 m al sur. Cama cómoda, habitación espaciosa y desayuno bueno. Se aparca en la misma puerta y gratuito.
