En general todo, pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Por poner algo, hay solamente una papelera pequeña en toda la habitación y los tres días que hemos estado no la han vaciado, es una tontería pero para que vean el detalle

Pros:

Es un hotel acorde a las estrellas que tiene y a los estándares de las grandes cadenas de hoteles.
El personal muy diligente y amable y hablar especialmente de Carolina que su trato y su profesionalidad son dignos de admiración.

Cons:

Quizás haya echado en falta alguna ameniti pero vamos no es para nada importante.
