Super hotel, welcoming staff and great value for money.
Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom, in easy reach of the ferry port. This was our second stay before taking the ferry back to the UK and we have booked to stay a third time!

Cons:

Nothing - the hotel is excellent value for money.

Une séparation avec porte coulissante avec salle de bain séparée. Tout était agréable pour y passer un moment en famille.

Un hotel cómodo y muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está bien, en un polígono en las afueras de la ciudad pero con aparcamiento gratis. La última noche comimos en el restaurante y la comida muy buena. La habitación cómoda con todos los servicios. El personal muy amable. Hay que llevar el coche para llegar al centro de la ciudad pero también hay una parada de autobús justo delante del hotel,

Cons:

En la ducha del baño las juntas de las baldosas están negras y dan un poco de mala impresión pero aparte de eso, la habitación y baño estaban limpios,

This is a lovely welcoming hotel
Pros:

The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. It was very clean. The outside was spotless the room was clean and bathroom was clean and only very slight odour

Cons:

Was disappointed about the disability lift the platform on bottom needs to be wider and the ramp to get on a little longer due to this we had to change room which did make it difficult for our stay however I would like to add the staff was so helpful and helped us loads

Buen hotel en la entrada a Santander
Pros:

Buen hotel en Santander ubicado en zona industrial. Habitaciones cómodas. Nos falló el aire acondicionado pero nos cambiaron de habitación a otra que si funcionaba. Tiene excelente estacionamiento.

All that was needed comfort,cleanliness and good food
Pros:

Nice open space plenty of room for the car.A genuine welcome from the receptionist.The hotel was clean the bedroom big the bed comfortable.Nearness to the ferry port and a great selection for breakfast.

Pros:

Very late check in - staff member extremely friendly despite being 0130am
Comfy bed - nice walk in shower
