Leckeres Frühstück und gute Lage.

Cons:

Überall sind Ameisen im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ist defekt. Es gibt kein Fahrstuhl, was problematisch ist, wenn man im 5. Stock sein Zimmer hat.

Good location, decent rooms, but a bit unpredictable
Pros:

These are decent rooms with comfy beds in a good area, and the staff are pleasant.

Cons:

When I booked a few days in advance, I asked for a room with balcony on the top floor... but I guess they didnt read the reservation request, as when I arrived they told me there was nothing left that night but a room without a balcony on the bottom floor. When I went in, there was dirt in the entrance area and someone else's hairs everywhere, plus the smell of people smoking on the fire escape next to the room. Not great.

Top Lage, due meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Nachtmarkt, die Uferpromenade, viele Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Gutes Frühstück mit viel unterschiedlichem Obst und asiatischen, warmen Speisen.

Cons:

Es gab in meinem Zimmer keinen Stauraum, nicht einmal Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Für eine Person war das Zimmer okay, für 2 Personen würde es mit Gepäck eng.

Cons:

Le personnel n'était pas très accueillant. Des jeunes femmes traînent à la réception toute la journée sur leur téléphone sans denier regarder les nouveaux arrivants ou les renseigner alors que l'accueil est vide.
L'odeur dans la chambre était irrespirable : les équipes de ménages pulvérisent un spray ultra odorant normalement réservé aux WC. Après avoir laissé la chambre s'aérer pendant près de 5h l'odeur prenait toujours a la gorge et a la tête.
Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement : en sortant de la douche et en posant quelques instants les pieds par terre ils sont immédiatement devenus noirs et laissaient des traces sur les draps. Le tapis de bain n'avait visiblement pas été changé au vu des divers poils, cheveux et taches de moisissure

Personale cordiale, ottima posizione ma stanza molto piccola, accesso al letto molto scomodo essendo costretto tra due pareti, struttura senza ascensore, colazione da rivedere, parti comuni poco confortevoli.

Cons:

L'assenza dell'ascensore e scale con alzate non sempre regolari non agevolavano salita e discesa con i bagagli. La colazione non è sicuramente un punto di forza.
