Pros:

Nice and modern hotel. The room was good. Close to the center.

Molto piacevole
Pros:

Colazione ottima, molto ben curata. Staff attento e disponibile. Struttura moderna e ben curata.

Cons:

Il bagno era privo di mobilio, impossibile appoggiare le cose. Inoltre la doccia aperta faceva allagare il bagno. Anche in camera gli armadi erano pochi considerando che eravamo in tre.

Wonderful stay at the Best hotel!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Miss Marrone Hotel in Chania and couldn't have chosen a better place.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel at home from the very first moment.

The hotel offers so many thoughtful amenities that made our trip even more comfortable. We really appreciated the departure room, where we could shower and get ready before our late flight, as well as the luggage storage after check-out. The option to borrow beach towels was another great convenience.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with an impressive variety of fresh and tasty food, so there was something for everyone.

The location is excellent – just a short walk from the city centre while still being in a quiet area. On top of that, the hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that creates a wonderful atmosphere.

We highly recommend Miss Marrone Hotel to anyone visiting Chania. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hotel, strong internet and good location.
Pros:

Very clean hotel in the old town. Breakfast was great. Welcoming and clean hotel. Good choice. Internet also very good. Nice balcony

Cons:

Bathroom was little small but it's ok. Nice balcony but my room didn't have nice view. I don't care about this but if you do make sure to book another room.

Everything about the hotel is wonderful. Modern, clean and most importantly the most amazing and friendly helpful staff. They honestly made my stay great.

5 star feel to the hotel and service.

Zeer prettig verblijf
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zijn altijd welwillend om mee te denken/helpen. Het was erg hygiënisch en niet grootschalig. Ontbijt was super. Ook de ligging was erg prettig; net 2 straten achter alle drukte maar op loopafstand van het centrum.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort
Pros:

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained.
The location was very helpful to go around, 1 min from the bus station and 10 from the city center and old town. What really set this place apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, they gave me fantastic local recommendations and even provided a bus schedule to help me get around easily. To top it off, they suggested me a breakfast box in case I had to leave early in the morning before regular breakfast hours.
Truly outstanding service and attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Cons:

If i have to say something about what I did not like was the view of old and ruined building from the balcony but is not the hotel’s fault and problem so I’ll just say nothing ☺️
