Pros:

Everything was exactly as it should be. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The place is clearly run with professionalism, care and attention to detail, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Neighborhood is not very pleasant if you are looking for a view.

Excellent hotel, ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

I especially loved the hotel’s location, as it is right in the city centre and within just a few minutes’ walk of everything. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and terrace were spacious enough and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, made the bed, and provided fresh towels. Overall, everything was excellent and we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

I loved everything about the hotel; the only suggestion would be to make the billiards table free for hotel guests.

Perfect
Pros:

Hospitality, professionality, kindness. Everytime we met a staff member there was a real and genuine smile on their faces, and this is very rare to find. Always offering assistance proactively.

Regarding the room, very nice and clean. The hotel has a perfect location, walking distance from both street local market and beach.

This property does a fantastic job. Well done!

Hotel excelente, limpo e cuidado, bom pequeno-almoço, boa localização e simpatia dos funcionários.
Pros:

O pequeno-almoço variado, saboroso e bem apresentado. A simpatia de todos os funcionários. O quarto era de boa dimensão, confortável e limpo.
A localização era muito boa, pois dava para ir jantar a pé à zona antiga de Chania e Canal Veneziano.

Cons:

O único senão é o facto de não ter estacionamento próprio gratuito.
Um dos dias andei cerca de uma hora às voltas para conseguir estacionar nas proximidades. Se chegarem ao hotel depois das 19h00 ou antes das 15h00 irão ter dificuldades em estacionar.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! Staff was always smiling and everything was spotless.

The Departure Room was a cherry on the top. Check-out was at 11AM but our flight didn’t leave until 11PM. After checking out and a day out, we could come to shower and freshen up at the Departure Room before oir flight.

Cons:

There was a door missing from the shower booth so the bathroom floor got soaked everytime shower was used. But that was no biggie. :)

Beautiful clean and and cool room. Comfortable bed & pillows.
Staff were very helpful printing bus tickets when asked.

Un hotel bomboniera. Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Struttura piccola e accogliente, personale molto cordiale (parlano un po’ di italiano) ed estremamente disponibile. Camera con un piccolo balconcino per sedersi fuori e per stendere le biancheria , letto confortevole, disponibili tutti gli accessori del bagno e caffè e the per il bollitore. Posizione centralissima ma in una via silenziosa a due passi dal centro, dalla stazione dei bus e dei taxi.

Cons:

Davvero nulla !

Posizione e Colazione, cos’altro ti serve??
Pros:

Posizione fantastica e colazione molto buona. Il letto era comodo, lo star gentile e disponibile ma anche molto professionale.

Cons:

La disposizione degli spazi nella stanza poteva essere gestita meglio. Poco spazio per sistemare i vestiti e per la gestione della valigia.
