Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, direkt neben dem Busbahnhof (praktisch bei Tagesauflügen mit dem Bus oder Flughafentransfer), Supermarkt und tolle Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Altstadt erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und bei Fragen überaus hilfreich. Das Hotel sieht nach wie vor wie neu aus, die Zimmer sind schön gross und super sauber, genau so der Balkon. Wir hatten Glück und konnten auch früher einchecken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist insgesamt eher klein, aber bietet extrem viele Optionen, warme sowie kalte Speisen, frischen Orangensaft, Obst und Gemüse und verschiedenes Gebäck. Abendessen ist ebenfalls möglich, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Nächte dort.

Cons:

Der Frühstückskaffee ist leider kein Bohnenkaffee, man hat aber auch die Möglichkeit Kaffee zu bestellen.

Çok temiz. Merkezi konumda. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.
Otelden ayrılışımız sabah çok erken idi. Sabah 05:00’de bize kahvaltı paketleri hazırlamışlardı . Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp in Chania
Pros:

Die Lage zum Busbahnhof, aber auch zum historischen Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Dass im Badzimmer keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit vorhanden ist, war das einzige Manko.

Pros:

So many reasons this property has to offer:
- staff (especially Katarina & Vicky) were ever so helpful with our queries & friendly & always checking if we were doing ok
- housekeeping team were great as well in ensuring rooms were tidied, cleaned & replenished promptly
- close to the Central Bus Station (150 meters)
- walking distance to the old & new town, although location of property is located in a much quieter area of street (which is perfect)

Cons:

The flight of steps leading up to the reception, which made getting luggage up quite a challenge. But we took it in our stride as part of exercise! 😅

Ein sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal präsentierte sich durchweg äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer, das Treppenhaus sowie alle von mir besuchten Räumlichkeiten waren in einem herausragend sauberen Zustand.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr hochwertig: Alle Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und standen in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Besonders positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass ausschließlich frisch gepresste Säfte angeboten wurden. Zudem wurde nach jeder Nutzung die Tischfläche sorgfältig desinfiziert – Hygiene wird hier eindeutig großgeschrieben.
Die Balkone sind großzügig gestaltet und befanden sich in einem äußerst sauberen Zustand.
Es waren keinerlei Abnutzungs- oder Verschleißerscheinungen erkennbar.
Dieses Hotel kann ich nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Erwähnenswert ist zudem, dass sämtliche wichtigen Ziele bequem und problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass sich die Rezeption nicht ebenerdig befindet. Dies ist jedoch konstruktionsbedingt und resultiert aus den baulichen Gegebenheiten eines Umbaus im Bestand, sodass eine andere Lösung an diesem Standort nicht realisierbar war.
Die benachbarten Gebäude befinden sich teilweise in einem älteren Zustand. Dies steht jedoch in keinem Zusammenhang mit dem Hotel selbst und hat keinerlei Auswirkung auf dessen Qualität oder Angebot.
Das sind nur Randbemerkungen meinerseits, damit ich ein vollständiges Bild kommuniziere für potentielle Besucher

There was a small step to get into the bathroom in our room. We used one of the small towels to cover it as it was not highlighted in any way and I have smashed my toe on the first day :/

Highly recommend!
Pros:

All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and all of the facilities where clean and well kept. The location was also great as it was situated close to the city centre, bus station and within a 15 min walk to the beach. The rooms where also very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

Comfy stay and really great staff. However, I expected a bit more on the room for the money.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and had a fair amount of variety. Special mention to the Greek Yogurt with jam... Incredible! The orange juice was also super tasty

Cons:

My room was slightly small. The door to the balcony hit the bedside table when opening to access it.
The toilet felt also quite small: the shower was a bit short, and the toilet seat was very close to the bin
