La piscina estaba muy sucia
Es un precio accesible y un sitio tranquilo y cercano
Deben mejorar un poco en los baños ya que les falta mantenimiento
El desayuno estuvo bien, la distancia es un poco lejos pero muy tranquilo, eso era lo q buscábamos con el hotel, las instalaciones son grandes, es posible tener espacios para compartir otras actividades dentro del hotel.
Nos cancelaron a última hora y nos tocó buscar otro hotel.
Es un paraíso , la tranquilidad y amabilidad de su gente es total

Staff was super helpful, booking activities for us and answering any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious and too big to finish. The pool was nice and refreshing and they let us use the jacuzzi for free even though they usually charge extra. Great value for the money!
Wifi didn't reach our room, but we were to busy with all the activities around San Gil to care
La vue depuis la piscine
Todo es antiguo I azulejos rotos en la piscina y alrededores cuidado al andar. Pintura muro azul de la piscina abajo comedor por Pintar y areglar se cae partes de cemento…. NO hay tapa en los wc…🫣🤨😕. este hotel necessita areglos urgentes…. Entiendo que es bararto pero quien paga necessita algo en conditioned minimas y no lo es… ah y hay acuario es bonito pero los peces estan en algo muy pequeno:((((( algo mas grande seria normal digo eso porque me dio Pena verlos asi… ah tambien cajones mesa noche. ROTOS SIN FONDO…:(((
