Good value, good location
Pros:

Good base to explore the north of Evia. The location is very quiet and we slept well. Very good value for money.
The host was very helpful.

Cons:

The small village didn't have any place to buy food or coffee, so had to drive to Limni.

Pros:

The room had a nice balcony and was near main night activity points such as Limni Euvoias. Moreover offers a parking area for the car with shadow.

Cons:

The room was expected to be cleaner. We found stains on the towel and black footsteps on the bathroom's white wall up high under the ceiling. Moreover the bathroom pipes smell horribly and even with the bathroom door closed the smell was coming to the rest of the room too.
