Shocking! Let down at the door.. no communication.. booked months in advance and no notification of the problem as to wh

I wouldn’t know as we didn’t even go in?!

Cons:

The fact that I was ignored when I arrived after booking a few months in advance. No reason recorded for been let down at the door after driving over 2 hours with 6 guests!

DON'T BOTHER
Pros:

The place was not where it was described. Photos were wrong and one of the fire exits was not accessible. I spoke to the landlord and he was aggressive and refused me a refund.

Pros:

It was lovely and clean

Cons:

The door at the back was hard to open and there were no fire alarms in the house which is very dangerous as what if there was a fire and had to pay another 50 pound because I forgot to add a second person to it
