Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in der man sich nur wohl fühlen kann!!
Pros:

Das Miramonte liegt in wunderschöner Hanglage mit Blick auf das Gasteiner Tal. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Vom ersten Moment an, fühlt man sich dort wohl. Das Spa ist sehr entspannend, das Frühstück unglaublich gut und vielfältig, und das Personal stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Miramonte ist ein absoluter Favorit!

Tolle Lage, aber nein Danke!

Die Lage & die Masseurin ist perfekt!
Hatte schon lange nicht mehr eine so gute Massage

Cons:

90% des Personals kann kein Deutsch!

Die „Zirbenbetten“ sind ungehobelte Kiefern oder Fichtenfüße gespaxt mit Holzplatten!
Nur das Kopfhaupt ist aus Zirbe (auch eher furniert)
Geschäftsführer kann nicht grüßen
Essen sehr ausbaufähig & der Service auch

Zimmer sind alle alt!
Die Badewanne noch original von damals, nur herausgerollt etc!

In den Kästen ist alter modriger Geruch….

Kein Licht in den Saunen!

Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Bäder könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Es war aber sehr sauber.

Beautiful views
Pros:

Beautiful views and easy access to bus stop and waterfall

Cons:

Our bathroom lacked privacy which wasn't shown in any photos. We wouldn't have booked knowing there is a window which is open to the bedroom. The bathroom door also has a window. Just a lack of privacy for anyone in the bathroom.

Nice breakfast and hotel, but the service could be way better!
Pros:

The breakfast is fantastic! So were the yoga teacher Lisa and her classes. The sauna and the ski shuttle are both very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff is a bit uninterested in their guests, nobody asked us how our stay was the first four days. We complained about the room because there was no tv and no writing desk with chair in the room, as in the photos. Nothing happened about this and we woke up early, at 6:00, every morning because of the elevator and the cleaning lady starting the water and everything in the storehouse next to our room.
