This hotel is absolutely nothing like a 4-star property. Honestly, it wouldn’t even qualify as a 2-star.
Pros:

The breakfast was okey.

Cons:

Our room had mold and a wet, dirty carpet because the shower wall had a gap that leaked water directly into the floor beside our bed. Every time we stepped out of bed, we stepped into wet, moldy carpet. The smell was awful and the hygiene level was shocking.

The temperature in the room was repeatedly set to 27°C, and even after complaining multiple times, the hotel raised it back up on our last day. We were sweating inside the room and couldn’t sleep at all. The noise from outside is unbearable even with the window closed, so opening it for air wasn’t possible.

Amazing
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
