I would stay again. Warm people
Pros:

Friendly and warm staff (unusual in Medellin!)
Comfortable rooms and great location.

My room didn't have a window but it turned out to be ok. Room was still comfortable.

Unbelievably rude service. Not worth the low price
Pros:

Good location, clean room, TV with Netflix and Prime Video, fair price for a solo traveler

Cons:

The service ladies were THE WORST, rude and unwelcoming (especially the one who speaks English from the two), disgusting tone which I did not appreciate at all.. nobody needs that kind of attitude on their vacation or anywhere. Not very recommended if you're looking for a peaceful staying with welcoming people at the accomodation

Mónica is really nice, she is so helpful with every guest and she is always trying to give the client a nice experience.
Pros:

Everything is always clean. The environment it’s pretty quiet and nice. The areas are very nice. You feel like at home. It’s a cozy place 🩷

Cons:

It’s in the first floor. So pretty easy for everyone to get in and out. It’s located in the best area of laureles. You have a lot of public transportation around. Also, nice restaurants bars and tourist attractions.
