Pros:

absolutely everything was perfect.

Staff are top tier, always making sure everything is good and will always be there to help. They would always go and get me anything I wanted from the shops so I was paying local prices and not tourist prices. They would give you the shirt off their back if you asked!

The rooms are super nice and clean. Location is great, you simply can't beat the view. Breakfast every morning was great, they gave me so much food that I couldn't finish it all.

The tours organised were amazing and great value for money. My tour guide, Amir, is a great guy and always did things on my time, never made me feel rushed or anything.

The property is apart of a building with 4 or 5 mini hotels inside it, a bit strange at first but it works better that way since the staff are only worried about the 4 or 5 rooms on their level, meaning you're getting much better service.

As a solo traveler in a country like Egypt I must admit I was a little worried going in but these guys made the experience an 11/10

Cons:

there was nothing I didn't like.

The only things to consider; the property isnt accessible for disabled patrons. The street can be quite noisey (as is anywhere in Cairo) so bring earplugs.

I don’t think I will be staying again to this place.
Pros:

The View from the window.

Cons:

1) You have to carry your luggage during check-in to the 5th floor.
2) I have waited 20 minutes outside coz no one is inside to open the main door for me.

Extremely satisfied withe stay and for that price its a great deal.
Pros:

Their service with a smile always. simple breakfast.

Cons:

Probably the lift if its built to reach the ground floor.but they helped me in taking all the suitcases up and down.

Lorsqu on avait besoin d aide pour paiement ou sorties ils ont essayé de profiter en nous disant que seulement le transport est a 50 dollars

Emplacement merdique et pas sécurisé du tout
Hotel 5eme etage
Ascenseur 1 er etage
Donc on etait obliges de faire monter nos valises toutes seules
Le 1er jour on est arrivés la nuit
Le dernier jour difficielement ils nous a permis pour changer nos vetements parce que le check out est deja fait

Вежливый персонал.
Но селят в номер без вида и без ванны, хотя в брони это указано. За видовой номер, просят денег в два раза больше. Можно посидеть в кафе на крыше полюбоваться пирамидами. Грязные полы и ковры. Дешево и сердито.

Pros:

The view was amazing, and the staff were friendly and very attentive.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s colorful, warm, cozy, and exceptionally clean.

I highly recommend this hotel if you want a place near tourist attractions.

I will definitely be back the next time I visit Giza.

Would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

Excellent view of the pyramids with a wall to wall window to enjoy the view

Cons:

The spa jets hadn’t been cleaned recently, so a lot of dirt and grim come out of the jets when turned on
