Pros:

The location is about 10 min to the beach, close to the shops, rentals, about 30 min from the airport.

Cons:

In the evening your can hear music from the loud streets as well from the staircase if somebody talks while walking.
Breakfast could be served better, e.g. croissants undercooked.

The only good thing here was that it was in the center, close to the beach.

Cons:

Nothing actually; with the photos, it looks nice, but in reality, it was old and dirty. They had sewige problem, the food was not good, the hotel overall was not worth the money.

Posizione buona ma hotel e servizi da migliorare..
Pros:

Siamo state in questo hotel per 5 notti e purtroppo devo dire che non ci è piaciuto molto. Posizione ottima al centro di faliraki e stanze semplici ma ordinate. Pulizia semplice, poteva essere molto piu pulito ma tutto sommato è andata bene su questo.
Lo abbiamo trovato un po’ trascurato, bagno pulito ma con rubinetti da sistemare e la doccia si allagava ogni volta. Mentre usavamo il phon si è rotto creando scintille e fumo, abbiamo chiesto un altro di ricambio provvisorio e di ricevere manutenzione il giorno successivo, che effettivamente ci è stata data ma abbiamo trovato il tecnico alle 20:00 nella nostra stanza che ci ha obbligato a rimandare i nostri piani serali siccome ancora non doveva terminare il suo lavoro.
Dopo aver chiesto di fare le manutenzioni nei momenti in cui non eravamo in stanza (abbiamo anche indicato le ore in cui non ci saremmo state)
il giorno dopo ci siamo ritrovate di nuovo allo stesso orario il tecnico che voleva effettuare la pulizia ai filtri dei condizionatori mentre eravamo in stanza.
Ad ogni pulizia mattutina, la signora delle pulizie mentre dormivamo apriva la porta mentre eravamo ancora in stanza.
Non c’era in stanza il tag “Non disturbare” altrimenti lo avremmo messo ogni giorno mentre eravamo in stanza.
In generale, c’è stata poca privacy, non ci siamo sentite a nostro agio in questo hotel per questi piccoli episodi che comunque ci hanno dato molto fastidio.
Peccato perché la struttura anche se un po’ trascurata non è male e ha una posizione strategica e buona, anche se eravamo al centro di faliraki tra i bar con la musica, non si sentiva tantissimo una volta chiuse le finestre.
Colazione semplice ma poco fornita, dovevamo chiedere noi bottiglie d’acqua e succo di frutta.
Lo staff era gentile e disponibile.
Ci è sembrato a gestione familiare, sicuramente gestito da persone molto gentili e simpatiche ma non molto professionale.

The place was fine for a short stay, but not for a comfortable holiday.
Pros:

Located right by the beach, with convenient access to public transportation by bus.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and didn't seem very hygienic. There was no coffee machine, only one type of instant coffee, which wasn't good, and you had to boil the water yourself using a kettle. I also wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, as the street is full of bars and loud music can be clearly heard throughout the night. The room was cleaned only once during our stay, and even then it was done very superficially. The shower was also inconvenient, as water would spread all over the bathroom floor.

Pros:

Бяхме изключително доволни от престоя си в този хотел в Родос! Всичко беше прекрасно – чисти и удобни стаи, вкусна храна и много приятна атмосфера. Персоналът беше невероятно любезен и винаги усмихнат. Специални благодарности на рецепционистите Кирил и Rena, които бяха изключително отзивчиви, приветливи и винаги готови да помогнат с усмивка. С Кирил имахме чудесни разговори. Той е прекрасен човек и професионалист. Също така искаме да благодарим на дамата, която ни посрещаше на закуска – тя направи всяка наша сутрин още по-приятна със своето добро отношение и позитивно настроение. Благодарим на целия екип за прекрасното обслужване! С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме на всеки, който планира почивка в Родос

Pros:

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the beach and next to the main street with restaurants, bars, shops and everything you need. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, a fridge and a small terrace. The breakfast was really good, with new sweet options every day. We had read some reviews about evening noise, but we didn’t experience any problems at all. We found the hotel very quiet and relaxing. The staff was amazing, always kind and helpful, especially the blonde lady at the reception. It was a pleasure chatting with all of them.

Cons:

The only things that could be improved are the cleaning and the room setup. We found a little sand and dust in the room when we arrived. The room might feel a bit small for some people, and the furniture is quite basic. It would be nice to have a chair or a small table to place personal items. However, these are just small details and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our worst accommodation on Rhodes
Pros:

Location is fine.

Cons:

Reception staff were not friendly, although girls from the kitchen were. The premises require technical support - towel holder and phone in our room were broken. The window in the toilet did not close properly, so the mosquitos can enter the room in the night. Shower and hand wash basin are covered with lime scale that shows lack of cleaning. There were literally bodies of dead insects on the walls.
There are no clothes hanger and actually to possibility to hand you clothes 🙈
We book a standard room with city view, but were accommodated in a small room on the ground floor without proper window next to technical and housekeeping rooms.

Nasz pobyt w Faliraki Premium Hotel był fantastyczny. Hotel jest czysty, nowoczesny i świetnie położony – blisko plaży, restauracji i atrakcji. Pokoje są komfortowe, śniadania smaczne, a obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i profesjonalna.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje pani Rena z recepcji. Niezwykle miła, życzliwa i pomocna. Zorganizowała dla nas transfer, pomogła z wypożyczeniem samochodu, udostępniła mapę wyspy i udzieliła wielu cennych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania. Dzięki jej zaangażowaniu nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej udany.
Z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca z obsługą na najwyższym poziomie. Z pewnością wrócimy!

fiyatına göre düşünürseniz kahvaltısı yeterli. çay, kahve, su, kruvasan gibi seçeneklerin yanında yulaf veya reçel gibi risksiz yemekler de koymuşlardı ama beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamak gerek. konumu inanılmaz güzel direkt falirakinin içinde mekanlara yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz alkol almayı düşünenler için faliraki bölgesinde çok avantajlı. araba için park yeri yok ama 200m ileride ücretsiz bir alan var oraya koyabiliyorsunuz. fiyat performans bir otel, konaklama anlamında yüksek beklentiyle değil de hem uygun olsun hem de merkezi olsun derseniz tercih edilebilir. görevli hanımefendi de ricamız üzerine daha geniş bir odaya geçmemize müsade etti. tesisin en iyi yanı kesinlikle konum ve çalışanlardı.

Cons:

temizlik ortalamaydı. asansör olmadığından en üst katta kalıyorsanız bavullarınızla çıkmanız bir zor oluyor bir de herhangi bir kişi size odanıza kadar eşlik etmediğinden her şeyi kendiniz bulup halletmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. otopark olmaması da biraz eksiydi ama yakında bir yer mutlaka bulunduğu için çok bir problem olmadı.

A klíma jól működött, kedves volt a recepciós.

Az egyik ok, ami miatt ezt a szállást választottuk az az volt, hogy kínálnak transzfert a reptérről a szállásra. Ezt bookingon be is jelültök, majd pár nappal az indulás előtt írtunk a szállásnak, hogy számíthatunk-e a transzfer érkezésére. Ők azt válaszolták, hogy nekik nincs transzfer szolgáltatásuk, de hívhatnak nekünk taxit 35-40 euroért.
Lehetett választani 1 db kétszemélyes ágy, vagy 2 db egyszemélyes ágy között. Mivel a párommal mentünk, így az 1 darab kétszemélyes ágyat választottuk. A szálláson 2 db egyszemélyes ágyat kaptunk.
A korábbi vélemények között olvastuk, hogy gond lehet a hangszigeteléssel, mert zajos lehet a szállodával szemközti bár, vagy bulihely. Ez volt a legkisebb gond. Olyan papírvékonyak a falak, hogy a többi vendégtől képtelenek voltunk aludni. Egy fiatal társaság volt velünk egy szinten, akik hajnali 2-ig kint alapoztak az estére az erkélyen, majd elmentek bulizni és reggel 5-kor értek vissza ugyanakkora hangzavarral, mint ahogy távoztak. Körülbelül 2-5 óra között tudtunk normálisan aludni.
A szobánkban egyszer sem volt felsöpörve vagy felmosva (homokos tengerpart miatt ez napokon keresztül problémát okozhat). A törölközőket viszont naponta cserélték. A szemeteseket is naponta ürítették, kivéve egyszer elfelejtették a wc melleti kukát, ami Görögországban problémát tud okozni.
Hangyák voltak a fürdőben.
