Pros:

Close to Kandy centre, and for that quite quiet. The swimming pool is a nice plus. Large appartement with dining table and kitchen and living room area. Also 2 bathrooms. Very suitable for 4 people. No restaurant, but possible to get food delivered in the room, organised by the staff. Breakfast served in the room on request.

Cons:

The overall tidyness could be improved. The swimming pool could be better maintained, We enjoyed it nonetheless.

Very accommodating staff!
Pros:

We didn’t appreciate that a quadruple room had two separate bedrooms sharing a living room so booked two units. When we arrived and realised we only needed one unit, the staff happily showed us how to cancel the second unit and we were only charged for one!

This is an Excellent Accommodation in Kandy.
Pros:

I am delighted with my stay at this property, located in a quiet and peaceful urban neighbourhood about 3 km from the Kandy Museum, Temple of the Tooth, and KCC, and roughly 4 km from the Kandy Railway Station.

The room we booked was designed in an apartment-style and divided into three sections: a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room/kitchen area featured a powerful yet quiet ceiling fan, a (Dialog?) TV with plenty of channels, a spacious and very comfortable couch (large enough for four people), a dining table with three chairs, a kitchen counter with tea/coffee-making facilities, a mini fridge, ample cabinets for food and utensils, and a sink with excellent water pressure and a built-in liquid soap dispenser.

The bedroom included a quiet and efficient A/C unit, a very comfortable and spotless bed with a duvet and multiple pillows, a large wardrobe with a built-in full-length mirror, a clothes rack, and bedside power outlets. A glass sliding door opened onto a balcony; while the view wasn’t remarkable, it was perfectly pleasant for enjoying the fresh morning air.

The bathroom was well equipped with a sink, mirror, cabinet, hot-water system, both top-mounted and handheld showers with a tap, a toilet, a handheld bidet, and toilet paper. Water pressure was excellent for everything except the top-mounted shower. Towels, soap, and shampoo were provided.

Overall, the accommodation was very clean, modern, safe, private and homely, with well-maintained, functional amenities. An elevator and a staircase made the floors very accessible. The staff and room service were polite, accommodating, hospitable, and extremely helpful from the very beginning. Huge thanks to the team for maintaining such high standards-would definitely return!

Cons:

We did encounter some minor inconveniences during our stay, and they are as follows:

1) The reception of the free Wi-Fi was generally good, except in the late evenings when the connection became quite slow.

2) The pool, located on the 4th floor, was spotless with crystal-clear water. It’s a small pool - the deepest point only reached my waist - so it’s suitable for relaxing rather than swimming. There are two lounge chairs and a round table with chairs beside the pool, and the view from this area is nice, making it a great spot for dining or a BBQ. Because it’s an outdoor rooftop pool, the water was extremely cold, and rain or lightning could be a concern. The slope between the shallow and deep ends was also quite steep, which could pose a slipping hazard.

3) We didn’t encounter any pests or insects in our room - not even a single mosquito, fly, or ant. However, at night, alates were drawn to the balcony lights (we stayed in late November) and, therefore, we don't recommend opening the balcony doors at that time of the month.

4) We had hoped to use the BBQ facilities, but the hotel informed us before our arrival that their grill was not functional and recommended bringing our own.

Hopefully, solutions to these problems will be implemented to make this spot perfect. Other than that, we are very satisfied.

Amazing!
Pros:

Spacious, and it felt like a mini-apartment. Great location and amazing service from the staff. Comfy and clean for the price you pay.

Cons:

Parking was available, but there were only 3-4 slots and a tricky parking space.
