The water pressure was really bad.

- when you set on booking (or other platforms) that you have parking that means you have on your premises, not 400 m away with 17 euros/day for parking
- when you know that you don't have water on a day just announce the future guests. You can do a reimbursement or find them another location or at least tell them in advance not put them in front of a fact when they are already at the location. We came after 10 hours 9f driving, with a small child that needed to be changed and washed, on a 36 degree day. You don't want to check in and see that you don't have water.
Communication always help in this situations cause this way you can find solutions.

The room I stayed was ok. But, the other apartment in which my friends stayed was not clean. Both of the apartments were out of water. It was not the landlord’s fault, but he should have iinform us about the situation before our arrival.

First of all, the building looks completely different from the outside, which made it very difficult to find. Unfortunately, I had not seen the message they sent me beforehand, so I was unable to enter the building. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. I was left waiting outside for quite a long time, and only after about ten calls did someone finally pick up.
There was no drinking water available in the room. In addition, the information booklet states that food and room service are available. However, when I tried to order food, the receptionist told me that they do not have a kitchen and that I should order through Wolt instead. This directly contradicts the information provided in the room.
The overall service was extremely disappointing. The hotel claims to offer 24/7 availability, but after 6 PM it was impossible to reach anyone.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Заранее предупреждали что приедем составом двое взрослых и двое детей и что заезд будет ночью/утром. Получили инструкции как получить ключи и заселиться - зашли в номер и обнаружили что застелена только одна кровать. Есть две подушки. Диван на котором должны были спать дети был без постельного белья и подушек 🤬🤬🤬. Более того - это вообще не тот номер фотографии которого обозначены во время бронирования. На фото должен был быть кухонный стол с четырьмя стульями - по факту был журнальный столик и барная стойка с двумя высоченными стульями на которые дети не могли залезть🤬🤬🤬 Номер 601 был ра последнем этаже - когда мы зашли там было 29!!!! Градусов, неужели нельзя было включить кондиционер, зная что мы приедем?!?
Ни на сообщения в WhatsAppe, ни на звонки по «номеру телефона администратора» НИКТО НИ РАЗУ ДО ОТЪЕЗДА НЕ ОТВЕТИЛ. Нашел только уборщицу от которой узнал что администратор по воскресеньям не работает 😳
Далее - напор воды во всем номере настолько слабый, что помыться нормально было крайне сложно. В душевой в углу висела паутина и жил паук. В шкафу в комнате не было ни одной вешалки для вещей. Стены номера были с потертостями, стеклянные дверцы шкафа были заляпаны, полотенца в ванной были в каких-то пятнах 🤯🤯🤯

We were out of hot water coz switched off the button which was at the light panel not knowing what it was and thinking that it is the room lighting perhaps we should have been informed about it at the time when we were escorted to theroom by the hostess. The AC was noisy and certains should be fixed with the stopper so it doesn't fall from the rail when one moves it.
