Pros:

Bardzo czysto , duży pokój , rewelacyjna pizza i sałatka z kurczakiem , bardzo miła obsługa

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, pomimo tylko 18 stopni na zewnątrz to w pokoju było conajmniej 30 bo pod nami była ta świetna włoska restauracja od której podłoga była ciepła i ogrzewała cały pokój przez co nie dało się spać, nie pomagało otwarcie okna bo dodatkowo dochodził gwar z innej restauracji no i chałas przejeżdzających aut :(

The hotel is Ok and the breakfast is basic. Nothing too fancy. The rooms with the view towards the river are nice and spacious but far too noisy fo the passing road just below.

One of the ladies - Jamila, she was the best and helped us with every request. Very nice lady!

We asked to be moved in the back due to the noise and they made that possible. There we could sleep novelty

The breakfast was too basic.

Kein Pesonal!!!!Kommunizieren, nur über Emails,Schlüssel in Boxen.Man bekommt kein Personal zu Gesicht.Unpersönlich!!!!!!! Temperatur im Zimmer über 30 Grad,da keine Klimaanlage.Frühstück ungenügend,Kaffeemaschine defekt. Vorheriger Eigentümer,sehr,sehr viel besser!!!!!!

Hotel in sehr schöner Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Mosel.

Cons:

Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen im Sommer heizen sich die Zimmer sehr auf was mit einem Ventilator abgetan wird. In solchen Gebäuden sollte man doch über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken. Im Zimmer waren 38 Grad in der Nacht. Desweiteren fand ich den Check in sehr Unpersönlich und eine Nachfrage war mit Augenrollen unterstützt worden. Durch das Gasthaus im Hotel ist es auch bis in die Nacht sehr Unruhig. Hinweis auf die Baustelle direkt vor dem Gebäude wäre sehr schön gewesen da dadurch auch sehr viel Lärm entsteht.

Zwischenstopp mit Besuch von Luxemburg
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. In 1h ist man mit den Bus 421 in Luxemburg Verlorenkost, Al Molkerei an einer sehr zentralen Stelle.

Wenig Infrastruktur, für den Zwischenstopp aber ausreichend

Geschikt voor tussenstop.
Pros:

De kamers zijn redelijk nieuw.
Personeel doen hun uiterste best, maar Manager is alleen maar luidrustig aanwezig.

Cons:

Ontvangst zeer slecht. Klimaatbeheersing zeer slecht. Klanten staan niet op de eerste plaats in het Hotel.

Chambre très spacieuse, très belle salle de bain. Vue magnifique.

Cons:

Hôtel fermé, fête nationale. Vous auriez dû prévenir. Personne pour l'accueil.. l'intérieur de l'hôtel intenable de chaleur. Il faisait certainement 40 ° dans la chambre et les couloirs. Affreux. La fenêtre ouverte en oscillo battant en plein soleil quand nous sommes arrivés. Tentures en. Velour fermées, d’où une chaleur extrême. Un ventilateur était quand même allumé, mais ne brassait que de l’a00ir chaud.
Finalement nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit au lieu de 2.

Contact via mail. Verblijf was tijdens feestdag. Bed opmaken kan ik zelf, maar ook geen schone handdoeken gekregen. Moeten zoeken naar personeel om dit toch nog te krijgen. Beetje jammer. Ontbijt niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Was in hele warme periode, dan mis je een airco
