Unprofessional staff interaction negatively impacted our stay.

Very little, unfortunately

Cons:

There was no drinking water provided in the room and no telephone available to contact reception. Late in the evening, when we went briefly to the breakfast area to get water from the dispenser, a member of the kitchen staff spoke to us in an aggressive and disrespectful manner.

While we fully respect hotel policies, the issue was not the rule itself but the way it was communicated. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Basic guest needs such as access to drinking water should be properly addressed to avoid situations like this.

Bien pour visiter le Luxembourg et l’Allemagne
Pros:

L’espace de chambre, propre et neuf. Le restaurant au rez de chaussée qui est très bon.

Pros:

Nice location if you're travelling by car, beautiful views to the river. Good communication with the host.

Cons:

The room was a little bit cold when we arrived as the heating was not turned on and took a while to keep the room comfortable, but, in the end, we got to sleep very comfortable.

Pros:

Le personnel, super sympa. Facile de trouver un parking. Jolie vue, balcon, sympa, chambre, propre et spacieuse.

Cons:

Il faisait un peu froid, la chambre est trop grande pour un seul chauffage, le petit déjeuner trop petit.

Pros:

Příjemný, prostorný a čistý pokoj. Nábytek byl nový, kvalitní a na pokoji byla funkční smartTV (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, HBO...) . Výhled jsme měli do dvora, ale to bylo předem specifikováno v objednávce, takže nám to za tu cenu nevadilo.
Snídaně byla dobrá, s kvalitními surovinami a dostačujícím výběrem.
Personál byl milý.

Cons:

Přijde mi nepřijatelné pořádat extrémně hlasitou párty v restauraci v přízemí hotelu až do třetí hodiny ranní. Jednalo se hlasitou techno párty, kvůli jejímuž dunění jsme s partnerem ani přes špunty v uších a zavřené okno nedokázali spát. Další den ráno nás čekala náročná cesta v autě. V hotelu jsme přespávali, abychom si před ní odpočinuli. Hotel proto nesplnil naše očekávání i přes jinak pozitivní dojem.
Parkovat je možné jen na pár parkovacích místech před hotelem. Slíbené parkování 50 m od hotelu je v tuto chvíli v rekonstrukci, a není zde možné zaparkovat. Není proto možné dopředu odhadnout, zda se pro vás někde v okolí najde místo na parkování.

Ist eine Empfehlung!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Mosel, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, das Bad ist neu. Das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Paula und Nico waren sehr nett!

Cons:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel.
Pros:

Fijne kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie badkamer met inloopdouche. Een probleem bij aankomst werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd en opgelost door het uitermate vriendelijke personeel. Prima Italiaans restaurant onder het hotel en gratis parkeren voor de deur.
