Frühstück viel aus, Hotel Personal kam morgens Nicht. Warten bis heute auf Rückerstattung. Desweiteren wollte der Mitarbeiter 45 Euro !!! für den Hund extra haben erst auf protest ging er schnell auf 25 Euro immer noch zu teuer für ein Hund

Très déçu par l'hôtel et le personnel à la réception.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et offre une belle vue sur la Moselle et le petit parc communale avec transats.
La literie était de bonne qualité et de bonne taille.
Petit déjeuner correcte sans plus.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécier qu'a mon arrivé, la "réceptionniste" ai voulu m'attribuer une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que j'avais commandée. J'ai eu besoin d'aide pour trouver les chaines de tv sur la TV qui n'était pas en français et j'ai du fortement insisté pour qu'il vienne m'expliquer la fonctionnement.
L'hôtel se situe au dessus du restaurant et la chambre avec balcon encore un étage en plus et ce sans ascenseur.
Le mobilier du balcon était très sale.
Il devait y avoir une machine à café dans la chambre mais elle n'était pas là.
La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnel, très sombre si l'on allume pas le miroir et pas de verre pour se laver les dents.
Pour information, l'air conditionné est assuré par un ventilateur sur pied, pas certain que ça suffise en car de forte chaleur.

Pros:

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind and the location is perfect. A great bonus having a restaurant and bar right at hand!

Schönes Hotel mit hervorragenden Restaurant an der Mosel

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Mosel mit freundlichem Personal.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und besonders hervorheben möchte ich das erstklassige Restaurant im Hotel, wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Die Zimmer sind sauber,groß und hell.

Cons:

Da wir ein Zimmer mit Moselblick gebucht hatten
War es durch die riesige Baustelle direkt vor der Tür sehr unangenehm laut.
Im Letzten Jahr hatten wir leider den Baulärm ebenfalls, da das Restaurant renoviert wurde 🫣aber es hat sich wie oben beschrieben gelohnt und wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder hier buchen

Ligging en ruimte kamer

Cons:

Gehorigheid, in de avond muziek van het restaurant beneden en de herrie van de buren (kamer tegen naastgelegen pand)
Doucheputje was verstopt, water liep niet weg. Ontbijt was 2 van de 3 ochtenden nog weinig van over, wel lekker maar minimaal.
