Mooie plek aan de Moezel
Pros:

Prettig vlot inchecken! Even op je email letten.
Schitterende ligging aan de Moezel, grote fijne kamer, lekker groot bed.
We boften we hadden kamer met balkon met volledig zicht op de Moezel en de zon scheen, s'zomers zal het beslist heel warm zijn maar nu in maart was het heerlijk.
Douch was ruim en schoon.
De koffie was uitmuntend, overal is aan gedacht.
In het restaurant zijn de Pizza's lekker, wel prijzig, glaasje wijn voor 7 euro is ook aan de prijs.
Ontbijt eenvoudig maar wel goed.
Personeel erg vriendelijk.
We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen.

Cons:

Erg drukke, blijkbaar bekende ( stam) gasten, die overdreven hard Italiaans spraken tegen de ober en eigenaar. ( misschien familie)
Vonden we wel jammer omdat we graag rustig wilden dineren na een lange dag reizen.
Achteraf hadden we liever de pizza meegenomen naar de kamer.
Maar daar kon het personeel natuurlijk niets aan doen!

À l'arrivée comme au départ personne à la réception. Pas d'armoire dans la chambre. 1 serviette de bain pour 2. Pas d'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner plus que décevant.

Unprofessional staff interaction negatively impacted our stay.

Cons:

There was no drinking water provided in the room and no telephone available to contact reception. Late in the evening, when we went briefly to the breakfast area to get water from the dispenser, a member of the kitchen staff spoke to us in an aggressive and disrespectful manner.

While we fully respect hotel policies, the issue was not the rule itself but the way it was communicated. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Basic guest needs such as access to drinking water should be properly addressed to avoid situations like this.
