Pros:

Overall the ambience and facilities were good.

Cons:

No complaints, but the breakfast could be a bit organized on space. I did not know about the feuit counter at the back till the last day.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

A relatively new hotel with interesting decorations in the room, and the room is very spacious. Breakfast is good with a large varieties of cuisines. The location is within walking distance to a subway station, where it can lead to city centre, forbidden city, etc. Taking cab to the city is challenging however, given the busy traffic in the centre. My room was upgraded but couldn't check-in into the room at 3pm, waited for a few hours. Didn't have time to explore the facilities (Gym etc.).

Cons:

Check-in was late --> there was a late check-out benefit for hotel members, but not sufficient time to get the room ready by 3pm for the new customer to check-in. issue with management.
Location is not friendly to tourists, but okay for business trip at the vicinity. Be prepared to walk and take subway to city centre (cab to city centre is challenging).

The hotel is immaculate, stylish, and wonderfully futuristic. From the moment you turn onto the street, you’re captivated by a mesmerising display of swaying lights covering the grass in front of the hotel.

The service was exceptional—staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had a fantastic stay in Beijing. From arranging transport to calling the local McDonald’s to ensure their staff could assist us in booking a car back to the hotel, their attentiveness was remarkable. Despite the language barrier, they made every effort to accommodate us and genuinely cared about our experience.

The buffet breakfast is an absolute must. We enjoyed it every morning of our stay, and each day was just as impressive as the last. The variety was extensive, and the quality was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented!

Stayed 10 days here and still like to come back
Pros:

The hotel is just beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, clean, healthy, and a great variety of selections. the executive lounge is very nice with amazing views and good dinner selections. We also had a lunch party for relatives in a private room. The decoration and the food were just fantastic. Everyone was very impressed.

Excellent, great value hotel in an outer suburb.
Pros:

Excellent and great value hotel. Staff were very helpful. Gym and swimming pool were large and clean and well maintained. The breakfast / main dining room on level 2 was excellent as was the bar.

Cons:

The Chinese restaurant on level 3 was a bit hard to use for a foreigner travelling solo.
