Schönes Hotel mit fehlendem Kundenservice

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, die Zimmer sind sauber und der Pool ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider war ich vom Kundenservice enttäuscht. Für die letzte Nacht meines Aufenthalts kam kurzfristig eine zweite Person hinzu. Obwohl ich bereits ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte, mussten wir für diese Person einen so hohen Aufpreis bezahlen, dass der Gesamtpreis für diese Nacht beinahe dem Preis eines zweiten Zimmers entsprach. Mir ist bewusst, dass dies den Hotelrichtlinien entsprechen mag. Dennoch hätte ich mir etwas mehr Kulanz und gesunden Menschenverstand im Umgang mit der Situation gewünscht. Letztlich stehen hinter den Richtlinien Menschen, die in einer solchen Situation auch eine kundenorientierte Entscheidung hätten treffen können. Schade, denn abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Staff are so welcoming. The rooms were great for solo travelling and were good value for money. The location is perfect, vibey neighbourhood with restaurants and bars.
