Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Medellin
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Sehr langer Check-In-Prozess (über 10 Minuten) und eine patzige Nachfrage der Rezeptionistin, ob wir Wechselgeld haben wollen oder sie dieses einfach behalten kann. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse schließt bereits, bevor es dunkel wird.

The staff was awful, it seems that they didn't care, We didn't have coffee in our room for 2 days, the rooms are VERY small and there's no place to put the luggage or the suitcases, the bathroom and shower were VERY TIGHT¡!, the remote control for the TV didn't work and our friends didn't get their room cleaned one day, and once the restaurant closes there's nothing to buy in the property, AND THERE'S NO PHONE IN THE ROOM¡! to call the front desk.

Brilliant staff and location, would recommend!
Pros:

Facilities, staff, and location are all top class.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t very sound proof. El Poblado has a great nightlife, but that meant we often heard guests coming and going at all hours of the night. Would recommend good ear plugs!

Pros:

The fact that the girl at the reception changed my room since it was awake all night because of sex noices from different rooms and loud music.

Cons:

Everything the rooms were super small, as said it’s super noisy you can hear everything from everyone. I was alone and barely had space for my suitcase. The second room was also quite dirty still.

La salle de sport , mobilier de qualité et l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Chambre petite : aucun rangement pour disposer ses valises ou sacs de voyage.

Petit-dejeuner cher pour ce que c’est

Trop de nuisances sonores : on entend tout ce qui se passe que ce soit dans le couloir ou dans les autres chambres .
Le pire : le DJ set sur la terrasse du 11ème étage le vendredi soir . On entend les basses même au 4eme étage …
