Pros:

Heiss hotel is situated in the heart of everything to do.in El Pabldo without the noise of El Probaldo. Its in the mix yet quiet when its time to call it a night. Laura A is th3 best going above and beyond to make sure all guests gets top notch hospitality. The property is modern with a boho feel to it with a gym, spa, restaurants, pirates classes, protein juices bar, restaurants, and it is safe.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small even though modern.

Amazing and beautiful building with lots to do and very beautiful but the rooms are way too small for couples.

Cons:

Although the facility is great, the rooms are extremely tiny! The photos are a complete illusion. The rooms are ideal for a solo traveler but for a couple it’s really small and cramped. The bathroom is not separate in one unit and no closet space either. The bathroom situation is really annoying because you get no privacy. The breakfast was okay but not that great to be honest. Next time I’ll not pay for that and just go to the amazing cafes near by.

Pros:

Everything about Heiss is amazing. Great location with lots of amenities close by. Lots of restaurants close by. The rooftop restaurant and pool is also amazing. The spa is also wonderful for full body relaxation. Above all Laura A is the best. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all guests are attended to and receives top quality hospitality services. She deserves a promotion and a pay raise.

Cons:

Rooms are very modern however a little small but I guess its because Colombians are mostly small.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

El alojamiento esta en buena ubicación, puedes ir andando a provenza y a la zona de poblado ( 3 minutos andando de la calle con muchos restaurantes).
Las instalaciones están muy bien, la piscina en la azotea es muy agradable.
