The views and location were great. Rooms were nice and comfy. Gym was decent.
The terrace bar and pool closed too early. Other hotels in the same area open them until later.
The staff were super friendly. Laura at reception was great and always willing to help.
The bed sheets
Beautiful property and a comfortable stay overall. Staff were responsive when something went wrong. My room key stopped working and they had it sorted quickly.
Two things. First, the private driver pricing: I was quoted 160,000 COP (about $50), the driver said 189,000 COP (about $59) at pickup, and the final charge was $65 USD (roughly 209,000 COP), about 30% over the original quote with the number changing twice along the way. A hotel should honor the price it quotes. Second, my key stopped working and I was locked out after I had visitors. Staff fixed it quickly but no one explained why it happened. If there’s a visitor policy it should be explained at check-in rather than handled by cutting off room access.
