Pros:

Habitación amplia. Camas comodas. Los chicos de recepcion intentaron ayudarnos siempre.

Cons:

La limpieza general. El estado del baño( sucio y con muchos elementos destruidos). El hotel solo tenía 2 pisos en buen estado, el resto estaban abandonos. La comida la traían de algún restaurante cercano. El dia del check in llegamos a las 23:00 y aún así tuvimos q esperar media hora porque la habitación no estaba preparada.la televisión no tenía canales sintonizados. El Netflix anunciado no aparecía por ningún parte

Pros:

Positive:

The beds were comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked well. The bathroom included shampoo and soap. The towels were folded into the shape of a snake, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen staff were especially kind, they noticed we were very hungry while waiting for our meal, prepared some complimentary French fries as a snack, and even brought them to our room. We really appreciated that gesture.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well, although this seemed to be a common issue in Egypt.

The hotel’s name is confusing because there are two hotels with very similar names, and when ordering an Uber, the app often shows the other one. It’s something guests should be aware of.

I also found a cockroach coming out from behind the bathroom door frame. I couldn’t catch it, and it disappeared back into the wall.

There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so you’ll need to use Uber to buy anything.

Meals are made fresh to order, which is nice, but they take quite a while to prepare. There were also frequent power outages, and the hotel doesn’t have a generator. I understand this is a local issue, but one day we were left without electricity for almost two hours during extremely hot weather.

موقع جميل جدا مع اطلاله على اهرمات رائعة جدا، كذلك الطاقم بالفندق معاملتو رائعة جدا خاصة الاستاذ سامي استقبلنا استقبال جيد جدا واستفدنا من غرفة من تصنيف اكثر من لكنا حاجزينو .

انصح بالإقامة بالفندق هو هادي جدا والستاف كويسين جدا

كمان عجبني الكافيه في الروف الفيو منه حلو اوي والفطار علي فيو الهرم حلو جدا

المكان بعيد شويه عن المتحف المصري وعن الهرم وبعيد يعني الوصول للاماكن دي مش مشي لازم سياره او اوبر او مواصلات عاديه وكلهم متاحين بسهوله اوبر بيوصل للفندق خلال خمس دقايق ووصلنا الهرم خلال عشر دقايق تقريبا
