I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Walid for the warm reception — he was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting during the Zamna period. Mr. Walid can also arrange a car to take you to the party and bring you back, which was very convenient.
I would also like to thank Mr. Youssef, the hotel’s driver. He is very kind, and we had a great journey together in Fayoum.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly recommend this hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel a quelques minutes en voiture des pyramides.
Nous avions la chambre familiale deluxe qui était propre et spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité, à volonté et varié chaque jour sur la terrasse face aux pyramides.
Possibilité de dîner le soir sur la terrasse car l'hôtel fait restauration.
L'amabilité du personnel que ce soit à l'accueil où bien au niveau de la restauration.
Un grand merci à Mustapha au niveau restaurant qui est aux petits soins pour les clients.

Très bien surtout le tour avec Youssef
Pros:

Proximité avec les pyramides.
Aussi nous avons eu un excellent tour organisé avec Youssef Elkomy, visite aux pyramides, visite du nouveau musée, bazaar et une bonne sélection d’adresses pour déjeuner basées sur nos souhaits. Très disponible, très amical et super gentil avec nos enfants. Un grand merci !

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وجميع طاقم العمل على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة. كانت إقامتي مريحة جداً، وكل شيء كان على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والتنظيم.

للامانه المكان فوق الممتاز والطاقم كله محترم ومتعاون جدا تلقيهم معاك في اي وقت علي مدار 24ساعه بخبره مجالي في السياحه واني نزلت في كذا اوتيل في الهرم بس دي كانت أفضل تجربه شكر خاص ل مستر وليد اللي مجرد موصلت استلمت الغرفه في ثواني وبجد بشكره علي انو سوي Free Upgrade ورفض أي فلوس تستلهو 100/100

Pros:

L’adresse de booking n’était pas le bon, il n’y pas de service de chambre, le frigo et la télé ne fonctionne pas et la moitié des prises électrique ne fonctionne pas ! Si non le petit dej est bon et les personnels de rooftop sont très gentils et très professionnels et en plus la belle vue ! C’était un bon qualité prix !
