Funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto amplo e bem limpo.
A claridade e o barulho do quarto incomodam um pouco.
Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war großzügig, mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und und das Bad super.
Die Rezeptionistin wollte beim Check-in, dass ich Booking storniere und dass ich einen höheren Preis in einem kleineren, als dem gebuchten Zimmer, akzeptiere. Auch wollte sie keine US-Dollar annehmen und forderte einen Preis in Bolivianos, der einem extrem schlechten Wechselkurs entsprach. Da wir unseren Aufenthalt wegen Krankheit verlängern mussten, hatten wir dreimal diese unangemessene Verhandlungen. Das entsprach einfach nicht dem eigentlichen tollen Niveau des Hotels.
La habitación era amplia , luminosa. El baño super limpio y con un diseño muy actualizado. El personal muy atento y agradable. Recomendable cien por cien.

Todo excelente, a excepción del desayuno que resultó un poco reducido. Podría mejorar poniendo a disponibilidad termos con agua caliente para que el ciente se sirva.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, including staff; even helped us move to warmer and quieter room after first of 3 nights there. So glad for the elevator going up, and yet stairs for more exercise coming down. Bell on elevator annoying at night and limited breakfast options, but always delicious with their own cafe/coffee shop. Newer facility and price was excellent. Still working on fine tuning some things.

The boutique hotel is cute, stylish and new with modern electronic doors (no keys needed). The staff was friendly and helpful. (Though keep in mind they charge for late check-out, even an hour).
They have a cute cafe downstairs with free breakfast for guests. Wi-fi worked well.
The design of a stained glass sliding bathroom door is not useful. It let in so much light that at 5:30 a.m. you wake up from the sun :( Plus if you're traveling with someone you're not close with, perhaps a stained glass bathroom door is not too comfortable.
The mattress was a bit hard.
