Voortdurend lawaai.
Pros:

Ontbijt OK; koffie slap. Balkon was fijn.

Cons:

Altijd herrie. Een disco in de kelder en soms keiharde muziek in restaurant op 4e etage. Tot ver in de nacht. Dreunende deuren. De receptionisten wisten niets van de stad. Geen stadskaart; geen adres van bureau toerisme.

Everything was perfect😍

The worse ever stay

Cons:

Everything. We arrived and everything was super loud at the bar and we haven’t enjoyed our being treated badly by the staff. When we asked about the invoice., they wanted to charge us 10 percent more.

Pros:

We liked the friendly staff, the room and the rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

TV didn’t work very well and the rubbish that was just dumped outside opposite on the street due to construction work.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Location was within walking distance to everything. Staff were over the top friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The bar upstairs on the 4th floor (we were in the 2nd) would be open until 2am. The music sound was ok but the scraping of the chairs across the floor reverberated throughout making it impossible to sleep. Then it started again at 6am as the staff prepared for breakfast opening. An easy resolution would be to put felt tabs in the bottom of the chairs and tables.

The sleepless night killed the comfort score
Pros:

Better than expected facility and great staff

Cons:

but the night club in the ground floor made it impossible to rest and relax. Very loud music , people going in and out and even after closing a drunk guy was shouting as loud as he can in the street in front of the hotel.
