It was really really good!
Pros:

It was an incredibly nice design, really comfortable to live in and stay with your friends. Sitting outside and watching the sea view while drinking coffee was the best!

Thank you for the warm welcome to this wonderful community. The location is amazing, and everything is as in the description. Clean rooms, AC, dishwasher, washing machine, and most importantly, the sea that's right next to it. It was the most relaxing vacation. We would definitely like to return in the future.

We zijn net buiten seizoen gegaan, nog steeds warm, we hadden een zon en schaduw terras wat geweldig was, ruime badkamer, goede keuken, mooi wandel gebied en toch alles dichtbij om te bezoeken

Pros:

Kitchen was well equipped, 5 min walking to some nice restaurant on the seashore. Swimming right in front could be rough with the rocks but there are swimmable beaches 5 min away in both directions.

Cons:

From From the pictures on Booking.com it is difficult to assess whether one rents one of the apartments at the front or at the back (at least I did not figure it out). We were behind, yet we has a view of the sea.

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Meer in ruhiger Umgebung
Pros:

Wunderschönes modernes Ferienappartement, das den Bildern entspricht. Man kann direkt vom Appartement ins Meer, wenn man will. Ruhiger Ort ohne Massentourismus, trotzdem Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur schriftlich, das hat aber alles einwandfrei und schnell geklappt, sodass kein persönlicher Kontakt erforderlich war.

Mooi appartement op fantastische locatie.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie direct aan zee, zeer rustg gelegen en mooi appartement en heerlijk bed. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Verschillende tavernen op loopafstand.

Cons:

De vaatwasser gaf gelijk al een foutcode, dit gecommuniceerd met Ria, de dame die de appartementen beheerd. Er zou tot 2x toe een monteur komen, maar dit werd op het laatste moment weer afgezegd. We zaten 10 dagen zonder vaatwasser. Probleem werd niet opgelost. Voor 200 euro per nacht mag je toch verwachten dat dit anders opgelost wordt. Heel jammer.
Verder zaten er rioolvliegjes in de badkamer, was niet zo fijn.

Location top aber Preis Leistung fraglich
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, wobei ich empfehlen würde, wenn man Selbstversorger ist oder als Familie, ein Auto anzumieten, da der lokale "supermarkt" nicht immer gut bestückt und um einiges teurer ist, als z.b. Supermärkte in Sisi.
Einfach wunderschön morgens den Kaffee direkt am Meer zu trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang dort genießen zu können ohne das Apartment verlassen zu müssen.
Der Pool ist super und auf der Terrasse kann man sich sehr gut entspannen.

Cons:

Leider wird die anliegende Straße von Quad Touren mehrmals täglich frequentiert -> laut und viele Leute gaffen ...
Die Küche ist nicht optimal mit Gläsern, Tassen und Tellern bestückt, wir waren zu 4 (2 erw. 2 kinder) und hatten 3 Wassergläser und man muss direkt abwaschen nach jedem benutzen (Geschirrspüler wäre vorhanden).
Die Betten sind leider nicht optimal, im Schlafzimmer sehr hart und im Wohnzimmer (pull out) quietscht das Gestell sobald sich jemand bewegt.
Desweiteren scheint es ein Abwasserproblem zu geben, immer wenn jemand duscht oder die Toilette nutzt riecht es übel im dahinter liegenden Schlafzimmer.
Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder etwas eng und sehr sehr wenig Stauraum.
Leider gibt es im kompletten Apartment keinen Ganzkörperspiegel.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, würde ich jedoch nicht mehr nutzen, die Wäsche wird nicht sauber und riecht danach unangenehm.
Ausserdem sind die Liegen, die bereitgestellt sind für den Strand bzw Pool alle kaputt gewesen.
Ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, für dieses Apartment fraglich....

Pros:

Milatos beach est resté assez authentique bien que le tourisme s'y développe et la mer est littéralement à 10 pas du logement. Le logement est neuf et confortable.

Cons:

Logement un peu étroit et pas équipé pour 5 personnes. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location avec vue plus ou moins dégagée sur la mer et une seule avec piscine et un autre avec un jacuzzi et cela n'est pas clairement affiché au moment de la réservation

Pros:

Super clean, Attention to details and Kitchen unit has all what we need for a week stay for a family of four ! A wonderful manager and a cheerful cleaning lady you may encounter !

Cons:

Nothing ….. really regards to the property .From the seaside suites to the location of Agio Nicholoas , it talks 16-18 minutes to get back to National Road ( Seaside to Main Road )

Pros:

Ach het was zo mooi daar, echt de charme van Griekenland zonder teveel toerisme.
Lokale mensen zijn super aardig en eten heerlijk bij de taverne aan milatos beach.
Echt een aanrader als je echt rust mrt gezelligheid wil. En betaalbaar uiteten gaan.

Cons:

Soms beetje ver rijden voor leuke activiteiten, maar dat neem je dan voor lief.

אזור מילאטוס יפהפה ומלא בטבע פראי ונופים מרהיבים.
האנשים חמים, אדיבים, נחמדים ומלאי הכנסת אורחים.
הדירה מתוחזקת ברמה גבוהה, מצוידת בכל מה שצריך, והעיצוב שלה מושלם. נהנינו מחופשה מהנה ומרגיעה מאוד!

La proximité avec la mer! Mer agitée mais très belle! Logement joliment décoré !

Cons:

La route n’est pas évidente en terme de temps! C’est très isolé ce qui est agréable mais peu avoir des inconvénients !
