The road leading to the facility is not the best and the rooms were relatively small for our liking. Other than that, astonishing landscape and two fantastic days with very caring and service oriented personnel at the facility. Highly recommmed for a retreat from the city!
The hotel is situated in a good distance proximity to the main jinja-kampala high is close about 5 mins, spacious gardens and recreational park for kids and adults to say swimming pool, kids play park, gardens for relaxing and venue for parties etc, the place is clean and great ambiance. the staff are professional. The hotel breakfast was good, I had fresh watermelon juice and pan fried goat for dinner that was so delicious and juice was so fresh and nice.
indeaquate reception services, need to have a fully operation and independent reservations and reception desk personnel/office to manage bookings for guests timely and expertly.
The views and the environment
The service was so poor we got there late and were told there no food , we slpt hungry yet they knew we were coming
Hotel and services are very nice, breakfast was good. Surroundings (gardens) are very nice too.
Location is very hard to reach, from main road there is ground road and it's really bad. But if you decide to go here, hotel and gardens will be nice prize for your efforts.
location was stunning and they are currently developing their camp site which was scenic with great facilities.
The rooms were quite standard however clean with the only flaw being that the room we were in had no windows or views.
With that said the external grounds and surroundings were absolutely amazing and would recommend this location for people with families, as the play ground facilities were good, with a pool for children and adults.

The location, while somewhat challenging to get to, is beautiful. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
It is in the process of development and still needs some finishing touches.
