My first hotel experience in china from East Africa.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and patient especially with the non-chinese speakers with language challenges. The hotel was fully automated with the bathroom having remote controled wash. If you know what I mean.

Pros:

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Yachen a été absolument exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est montré d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d'une propreté impeccable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le confort de la literie et la qualité des équipements.

De plus, j'ai été marqué par une expérience unique grâce à l'utilisation de robots pour le service en chambre. Ces petits assistants, discrets et efficaces, ont apporté une touche de modernité à mon séjour. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la rapidité et la fiabilité du service, qui n'ont en rien diminué l'aspect chaleureux et personnalisé de mon expérience hôtelière. C'est une innovation appréciable qui m'a agréablement surpris. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Cons:

Il est effectivement judicieux d'envisager l'utilisation d'une navette aéroport pour se rendre à l'aéroport et même pour visiter la ville. Les navettes représentent une solution de transport pratique et souvent plus économique que les taxis.

Welcoming, helpful staff, clean high tech rooms.
Pros:

The rooms are welcoming and equipped with modern tech, the kind one would pay a fortune for elsewhere around. The hotel safely kept my bag after check out whilst I had gone out to Yuexiu and collected it late in the evening.

Cons:

No windows in the room, though the aircon worked fine. It's nice to have a view of outside the hotel...
