Pros:

1.The apartment was clean.
2. The staff was helpful and very nice!

Cons:

1. Our room was outside the hotels perimeters, and needs to walk on a road to get inside the hotel, while the rest of the rooms are actually inside.
2. There was people working outside our rooms, as the room was still under maintenance , see photos
3. The breakfast was poor relative to other hotels in the same price, and the food felt not fresh.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Viele Wiederholungstäter/Stammgaste vorhanden. Spricht demnach für sich.
Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses, daß wir zugewiesen bekommen haben, war eigentlich für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Wir waren aber nur zu 2. Die Anlage liegt etwa 2Km außerhalb vom Ortskern. Frühstück war International und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Wenn etwas zur Neige ging, wurde sofort aufgefüllt. Restaurant bietet eine Mittagskarte und Abendkarte. Sitzplätze direkt am Meer. Nachbarstrand fußläufig erreichbar. Zugang zum Meer etwas eng, Badeschuhe nicht vergessen , da Kieselstrand. Wasser glasklar, traumhaft.

Mikros Paradisos - il nome dice tutto
Pros:

Tutto, in particolare la tranquillità e la posizione sul mare. Giardini curatissimi, ottimo cibo, ottima e varia colazione a buffet. Bella piscina con comodi lettini a disposizione degli ospiti. Personale sempre presente e disponibile, ma mai invadente. Pulizia giornaliera e curata. E che dire del panorama mentre si fa colazione guardando il mare ! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful spacious location with great facilities for the family and amazing views.
Pros:

Beautiful gardens. Lots of areas in the garden to be a bit secluded and enjoy both sun and shade. Nice food for evening meals. Great views of the bay. Access to large beach just next door as well as a small entry point into the sea right from the resort. The areas around the accommodation were very well kept and nicely landscaped. A/C in the room was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

In our double room with garden view there was no storage for suitcases (except the floor). Also no shelves for any other bits (iPads, sunglasses, books, etc). There was no shelf in the shower for own shampoo etc., and the shower door was incorrectly mounted which resulted in a lot of water leakage, soaking the bath mat every time it was used.
Also they were very ‘minimalist’ with the amount of toilet roll they supplied - we ran out on the last day and had to resort to some tissues we happened to have with us.
There were 2 chairs which were unlikely to be used except for suitcases, considering the size of the room.
Surprisingly there was no shop on site - even if the reception sold things like sun lotion, snacks, bathroom products, ice cream, etc. they would satisfy guests more and earn extra money.
There were limited options for getting to the town of Sivota if you didn’t have your own vehicle.

Very good
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and location was great. Pool area was stunning and beach access was excellent.

Was difficult to communicate with some staff who didn’t speak English but not a big deal

Beautiful facilities, awesome pool and restaurant area but the air conditioning could improve
Pros:

The location is beautiful, the pool large and quiet, very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and breakfast has a big veriety of food. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

Really our only complaint is the air conditioning setting. Doors and windows are rigged to stop the air conditioning when you’re not in the room. In terms of savings, this is understandable, the business does not want to waste power. However this creates a big problem when you return from a few hours at the pool or outside: you enter a hot room and it takes time to cool down, since the air conditioner isn’t that powerful. We thought this was sub par for a $200 room. I would recommend charging $10 more, but releasing the air conditioning.
