Komfortable Anlage mit freundlichem Personal und super Essen in toller Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Super frisches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und Abendessen. Lokale und internationale Speisen. Immer reichlich frisches Obst und Gemüse. Sehr ansprechend präsentiert und geschmacklich hervorragend.
Gemütliche Siztbereiche über der Gelände verteilt. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon aus einen schönen Blick über die Anlage und auf das Meer. An einem Abend wurde Livemusik mit lokalen Musiker*innen und landestypischen Tänzen geboten.
Ansonsten war die Stimmung eher ruhig und entspannend.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein geraten mit zu wenigen nutzbaren Geräten. Der als "outdoor Fitnessbereich" beschriebene Teil ist nur ein Stück Rasen. Die Anlage liegt aber so, dass man von dort aus direkt Sport im Freien durchführen kann.

Schönes Hotel am Meer gelegen mit freundlichem Personal und einen tollen Buffet.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist modern, stylish und sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendbuffet waren abwechslungsreich, mit Liebe zubereitet und von ausgezeichneter Qualität.

Cons:

Die Themenrestaurants (Italienisch, Kretisch, Asiatisch) waren im Vergleich zum Buffet weniger spektakulär: Im italiensichen Restaurant hat das Essen nicht sehr italiensich geschmeckt und die Portionen waren zu gross und in den beiden anderen Restaurants gab es wenig (bis gar keine) Wahlmöglichkeit und das Essen wurde (wieder in zu grossen Portionen v.a. im Griechischen Restaurant) serviert. Wir wurden zwar zu Beginn des Aufenhalts gefragt, ob wir Allergien hätten, aber dann ging man in den Restaurants davon aus, dass wir alles essen, worauf wir nicht allergisch sind. Es war ziemlich mühsam, da ich nicht gerne Fisch esse und natürlich Fisch serviert wurde. Zudem wollte ich mich auch nicht in den Ferien völlig überressen, nur weil das Essen inbegriffen ist. Das hat in diesen Restaurants nicht gut geklappt.

Complexe correct mais de nombreux point a améliorer pour le tarifs je m'attendais a mieux.
Pros:

Le buffet était bon, la beauté de l'hôtel, les chambres suite avec piscine privé spacieuse et récente
La visite de l'hotel en voiturette.
La vue mer pour la suite magnifique.

Cons:

Le check-in avec un QR code pas terrible pour un hôtel de ce standing, la piscine privée pas chauffé. (très limite pour se baigner)
Réservation des restaurants obligatoire et on nous a pas informés de cela à notre arrivée. (on n'a failli pas manger au restaurant du séjour à cause de ce point).
Pas de pancarte pour la porte pour le ménage de chambre, du coup le personnel entre tous les jours quand on dort.
La conciergerie ne sert à rien. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller.
Concernant le room service, on a dû aller demander si ce service était présent, cela ne nous a pas été informé lors de notre arrivée.
Pas assez de transats sur la piscine de l'hôtel pour le nombre de chambres, premier arrivé premier servi.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et le dîner

Cons:

L’accès au transat était très compliqué, certaines personnes « réservées » les transats avec leur serviette et ne bougeait pas de la journée, le personnel ne faisait rien pour que il y ait des rotations et que chacun puisse accéder une fois au moins au transat.
Le personnel dit oui à tout mais n’agissent pas lors des réclamations

Our room was beautiful. In front of main pool with a sea view. Stunning for sunset
Welcome drink was offered on our arrival. And also buffet was open , for late arrivals , we landed 2am
So we could snack in restaurant.

Memorable.
Pros:

My husband and I had the best week at the hotel, The hotel is a paradise, the pools are perfect, it's exactly like the photos. Every detail thought out very well, from the towels for the pool to the daily cleaning of the rooms. It was the holiday to celebrate my birthday and it was memorable. Delicious and varied food, the dessert buffet excellent. And the best part is the team, all very kind, receptive without exception, (Maria - hostess of the buffet team) marked my birthday even more with a surprise cake and champagne, she is very kind. A lovely lady. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und eine perfekt Lage im Hotel. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist sauber und wunderschön.
