Was absolut nicht geht , ist in einem fünf Sterne Hotel, das liegen reserviert werden 😡
Beautiful resort - well designed, good atmosphere. Very quite. Good location 10 minutes from Malia. Nice Aperol bar. There are few spectacular crew members in restaurants (Roma and Andreas).
The resort has three à la carte restaurants in addition to the main buffet: Italian, Cretan, and Asian. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to make a reservation. When we arrived, we were told that all the restaurants were fully booked for the entire three-night stay. We had to repeatedly ask and persuade the staff just to secure a table. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that access to these restaurants is presented as part of the resort experience. Instead of relaxing, we found ourselves chasing staff throughout our vacation, which unnecessarily added stress.
The pool areas were also extremely crowded, and it was very difficult to find available sunbeds.
Finally, the gym was very disappointing. The equipment was limited, outdated, and far below the standard one would expect from a resort of this level.

Ne vaut pas du tout un hôtel 5 étoile on dirait plutôt un camping c’est beau mais c’est tout service du buffet une cantine les crêpes pas bonne du tout.
Je vous assure c’est pas sa un hôtel 5 étoile vaut mieux l’hôtel s’inspire des autres hôtels

מי שרגיל לבית מלון ברמה גבוהה לא ימצא את עצמו שם.
Pro: struttura grande, nuova, tenuta bene. All inclusive: Cibo a buffet ottimo e vario, cocktail e drink alcolici buoni e di qualita. Nel resort ci sono inclusi anche 4 ristoranti da provare che vanno prenotati appena arrivati, ma solo 4 prenotazioni sono incluse nell'all inclusive. Tutto il personale è gentile ed educato. Mary in particolare che ci ha consigliato le spiagge belle da vedere. Bravissimo il ragazzo che fa i drink al chiosco spritz e molto gentile la ragazzetta giovane che lo aiuta. Camera swim up vista mare bellissima e confortevole.

L'hotel si affaccia sugli scogli e la spiaggia piu vicina è a 5 minuti a piedi, ma non è bellissima. Le altre sono lontane a piedi, alcune private di altri resort e non accessibili.per fortuna avevamo l'auto a noleggio che ci ha permesso di vedere altre spiagge bellissime ma piu lontane. I lettini delle 4 piscine dell'hotel per 8 giorni erano tutti occupati per tutto il giorno e non siamo riusciti neanche a provarli. Consiglio di organizzare prenotazioni online a turni di 3 ore a coppia, perche molti si piazzano li tutto il giorno e li liberano solo al tramonto e cosi non è giusto perche dovrebbero essere usati da tutti gli ospiti. Consiglio di riscaldare le piscine delle swim up perche lacqua è gelida ed è molto complicato farsi il bagno a giugno o a settembre. Spa incompleta perche senza vasche idromassaggio e si pagava l' ingresso a parte. Poche serate di musica dal vivo sarebbe meglio farne qualcuna in piu di gruppo che fa cover live invece che quella solo violino che era un po triste. Brutto inconveniente nella nostra camera 1106 perche avevamo il lavandino che perdeva un po di acqua e avevo chiesto se era complicato aggiustarlo di cambiare camera. Non ci hanno cambiato camera, ma ogni mattina avevamo un operaio in camera nostra a ripararlo e a cambiare pezzi, senza neanche avvisare, bussavano una volta ed entravano senza neanche aspettare la risposta. Situazione molto fastidiosa, stressante e poco piacevole quando sei in relax in vacanza. Mai accaduto in nessuno dei resort che frequento. Il rispetto della privacy e dell'intimita dei clienti che spendono migliaia di euro per soggiornare da voi dovrebbe venire prima di tutto. Dopo il sesto giorno mi sono dovuto andare a lamentare in reception, perche sono tornato dal ristorante e ho trovato anche di sera la camera con le luci accese e finestre aperte, perche l'operaio era entrato anche di notte in camera nostra per prendere il ph della piscina esterna senza avvisarci.
Schönes Zimmer mit guter Aussicht. Gepflegte anlage. Essen war gut. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden.

לא משהו לפסול את המלון עליו פשוט חשוב לדעת
