Tout était magnifique, on a choisi une chambre vue sur mer avec une piscine privée, c’était magnifique, la vue, la propreté l’emplacement, on a très aimé et on a passé des super vacances et on va revenir … le personnel est gentil, les Restaurant magnifiques avec beaucoup de choix pour manger … je mets 10/10 pour cet hôtel 👍👌

Very beautiful, had everything we needed and the food was amazing.
Optisch sehr schön gestaltet
Viel zu wenig Liegen an den Pools. Reservierungen ohne Ende. Eigene Regeln wurden nicht durchgesetzt. Angefragt Upgrades wurden nicht durchgeführt. Mitarbeiter haben kein Interesse
L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont excellents et l’établissement est très bien entretenu. Les cocktails sont délicieux et les couchers de soleil y sont tout simplement magnifiques.
Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés. La qualité de certains produits proposés au buffet est un peu inégale. Il est également assez difficile de trouver un transat disponible autour de la piscine principale. Enfin, si vous recherchez un établissement très calme, chic et à l’ambiance intimiste, ce n’est peut-être pas l’hôtel le plus adapté. Le complexe est très grande et très fréquenté, ce qui crée une atmosphère animée et parfois un peu bruyante.

חדר האוכל המרכזי היה טוב מאוד, קצת התאכזבנו מהמסעדות ציפינו ליותר ממלון ברמה כזאת. בעיקר חסרו לנו יותר אפשרויות טבעוניות וצמחוניות. בנוסף קצת מאכזב שאין יותר פעילות בערב.
Essen war gut und sehr viel Auswahl beim Buffet, viele Cocktails, wunderschön eund große Anlage, alles Sauber, nettes Personal
Cocktails wie Espresso Martini sollten im Premium Paket erhalten sein und keine extra Kosten. Privat Pool war sehr kalt. Das anstellen für die Liegen war auch mühsam. Keinen eigenen Strand.

מלון הכל כלול, הכי גרוע שהייתי בו, אוכל על הפנים, פשוט מזעזע לא יכולנו לאכול כלום, הכל חזיר ובארוחת בוקר הייתה לי תולעת בירקות.
ולהזמין מקום במסעדות לא היה אפשרי בכלל הכל היה תפוס לכל פרק הזמן שהיינו שם.
בכל הבריכות במלון לא היה מקום לשבת ברוב שעות היום.

Magnifique hôtel, calme , tout est bien pensé

There was no toilet paper holder by the toilet seat. The room was meant for people with disabilities(it was not the problem), but the toilet paper was just put on the hand holder? By the toilet? And it was always falling down, because there was no room for it. Also- the shower was RIGHT beside the toilet, so everytime u took a shower, water got everywhere, also on the toilet paper. Second thing- they were so rude to us when we told them about the bed situation- we wanted seperate beds, but when we got to the room, there was one big bed. When i called reception about the issue, the guy was like- you want us...to seperate the beds? ??? Meanwhile, there was a big one piece matress above the two so called "beds", so there was no chance i could do it myself. Anyways, the hotel is nice, just some small things we noticed, lowkey disturbed our peace
