The staff are amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The buffet was very well labeled and tasty with a brilliant variety of drinks and food. The room was incredibly clean with daily housekeeping, slippers and robes were a nice touch.
The restaurants were lovely, and nice to venture away from the buffet.
There are very limited children's activities witch suited us as it seemed to limit the amount of children.
Sunbeds were comfortable but possibly not enough of them.
Entertainment was a bit hit or miss and despite the sunbed rules, they were often reserved yet empty. Would highly recommend.
Nearest beach is a 5 min walk and small, but still beautiful.

La simplicité d’accès, le design et la propreté des chambres. Il y a un large choix dans la nourriture avec les différents restaurants et le buffet est vraiment très très bon
Nous devions partir à 06:00 am donc nous avons voulu prendre le early breakfast mais il n’y avait rien à part quelques parts de gâteaux, des tranches de fromage, du jambon et du pain.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich und immer sehr frisch so dass man sich eine Reservierung in den Themenrestaurants eher sparen kann.
Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen war nicht immer perfekt. Die Betten war leider sehr durchgelegen. Reparaturen im Zimmer (Klimaanlage/Ablauf Dusche) wurden nur nach mehrfachem Nachfragen oder gar nicht erledigt. Einen Platz am großen Pool hätte man nur ergattern können, wenn man früh morgens ein Handtuch geworfen hätte ...

Lovely hotel - everywhere is clean, including our room which was cleaned every day. The buffet food was really nice, super helpful that they offer the late evening buffet until 4am as our flight was delayed and we arrived hungry. The cocktails were good & the crepe stand by the pools is a special touch.
We were unable to book any of the 3 restaurants for our whole stay, practically pleaded on our last evening with reception staff but still no bookings available. The other stress was sun lounger wars, the other reviews are true, it's near enough impossible to come down for 9am and have any loungers available on a sunny day, cloudy days were better.
