有一天晚上火災警報響，一直廣播火災火災要旅客逃生，許多人從安全門出去下樓，樓梯間很暗，我們用手機的手電筒照明，有老人家行動不是很方便也一階一階的往下走，結果是烏龍一場，飯店卻沒有任何的說明，我覺得很糟
