Overall good value for money, excellent staff.
Pros:

Good location for commuting to Schladming/Planai area for skiing. The staff were super welcoming and pleasant. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

Cons:

No dedicated ski room. Breakfasts and dinners from the restaurant has to be ordered day before, no lunches or cooking during the day.

Cons:

Our apartman was not clean, the corridors floor was not clean, no vacuming the corridors, stairs. Not enough storeage in rooms. Only one cabinet for two rooms! Not even a hanger for jackets.
