Great facilities for an affordable price, but could be kept a bit better (e.g., smell of rooms very chemical)
Pros:

A lot of space and great facilities. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Smell was very chemical and the room had no windows with daylight (we were in the bottom floor).

Hotel terrible. Nuestro cuarto estaba abajo, al lado de la recepción y todo el mundo podía ver adentro de las ventanas en cualquier momento, en el cuarto y en la cocina. No muy limpio y olía muy feo. Personal muy ausente. No hay baño en la recepción. El último día pedimos como favor de dejar nuestras maletas en la recepción para una hora, salimos para comer y cuando regresamos estaban haciendo una obras de mantenimiento y la recepción estaba inundada con agua negra que salía del piso y nuestras maletas y sus contenidos estaban completamente mojados. No había nadie en la recepción, como siempre estaban tomando un café a la cafetería al lado, y entonces tuvimos que irnos de prisa con todas nuestras cosas mojadas. Pésimo servicio, pésima experiencia, el peor hotel donde hemos estado durante nuestro viaje en México.

Pros:

The room isn’t very large, but it’s thoughtfully designed so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. It has all the facilities you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is a big highlight - right in the city center, within walking distance to most attractions, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

One downside is that the soundproofing isn’t great, so noise from other guests can be noticeable. During our stay, there was a guest playing very loud music, which was quite disruptive. However, once we contacted the staff, they handled the situation immediately and asked the guest to turn it off. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, which we really appreciated

Pros:

Un mini appartamento…comodissimo aveva tutto! Anche il lavabo x lavare i panni e stendere!! Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto super carine e gentili, ci hanno permesso di fare il check molto prima, molto comodo.
Vicino al centro, lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti!!!

Nulla, andava tutto bene.

Good base in Palenque
Pros:

Having a mini apartment gave us more space than a normal hotel room. The bed was comfy and the shower good. Didn't try the TV. We liked the location near the park and only 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Less touristy than La Canada.

Cons:

The wi fi was a bit patchy. Usually fine in the living room. A first world problem! Some bed side lights would be useful.

Super Hôtel Appartement
Pros:

Superbe Hôtel appartement très propre avec roof top, petite chambre avec balcon, grande pièce à vivre avec canapé et kitchenette(grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, grille pain, cafetière, 2 plaques..) belle salle d’eau avec eau chaude et bonne pression, super wifi le tout à 1 pas du parc central et 3 du terminal de bus.
Le personnel sur place est adorable et fait un travail remarquable.
Je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir.
