Hotel moderno e con tutti i confort. Personale gentile e MOLTO DISPONIBILE per qualsiasi esigenza. Posizione ottima!

Cons:

Peccato per il bagno che non è molto a prova di privacy, bisogna avere confidenza a sufficienza 🤣 e peccato per la colazione che seppur buona, è la stessa identica tutti i giorni (tenere in considerazione che è dalle h9 quindi tardi se vuoi andare lontano).

Pros:

Central location in Hersonissos, close to the promenade. The room was small but cozy. Breakfast was the same every day, but varied and nutritious. (Sausages, omelet, yogurt, fruits, and marmalade). The highlight was the staff, who made everything possible to accommodate you—like in a 5-star hotel, really hats off!

Cons:

Rooms had no mosquito screens, which was a problem. But we very much appreciated the effort to bring us insect repellents and anti-mosquito devices!

Страхотен хотел в не толкова страхотно градче :)
Pros:

Много красиво, удобно и чисто място. Хотелът и персонала наистина са прекрасни. Всичко в хотела е ново и поддържано. Много ни хареса персоналния подход при сервирането на закуската. Недостатъците не са свързани по никакъв начин със самият хотел, а комарите и шумът от вън.

Cons:

Оказа се, че Херсонисос е предпочитана дестинация за “парти” туризъм и въпреки, че хотелът не се намира в сърцето на града и в близост до барове и заведения, шумът от улицата все пак беше доста над приемливото (особено за стаите на приземния етаж). Друго, което ни изненада неприятно е огромното количество комари (за разлика от Ханя и Ретимно). В магазините се продават хиляди средства против комари, но нищо не помогна.

Posizione perfetta, pieno centro e lungo mare, comoda per raggiungere la sera ristoranti e locali

Cons:

Si sono dimenticati di pulirla e cambiare gli asciugamani, l'abbiamo fatto presente al 3 giorno e hanno provveduto immediatamente

La struttura offre un ambiente elegante con arredi moderni scelti con cura. La colazione è servita sul rooftop della struttura, con un servizio attento e personalizzato che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dall’area pedonale ricca di locali e vita notturna, ma abbastanza defilata da garantire tranquillità e relax. In definitiva, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, con il giusto equilibrio tra comodità e quiete.

Cons:

Si consiglia, per migliorare ulteriormente il servizio offerto, soprattutto nei periodi estivi, di estendere il servizio di pulizia (attualmente a giorni alterni) a tutti i giorni di permanenza. Considerando la frequente visita alle spiagge, infatti, la stanza tende a sporcarsi più facilmente.
