Only location good.
Pros:

Location was good, near Mall road.

Cons:

Too many restrictions and the service was not good, staff were bickering alot without telling the rules on the first hand.

The hotel was good and has met expectations, the facilities are good especially 24 hrs hot water which was a necessity in cold whether. The hotel is very near to everything, Mall Road chowrasta, mall road and also chowk bazaar, all withing short walking distance. Go to hotel in Darjeeling

Bitterly cold and overpriced

Room was recently refurbished and room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Booking made on 'no prepayment' offer yet within less than 30mins we received message demanding 50% payment or booking would be cancelled. This is completely unacceptable.
Whole hotel was bitterly cold. Charged 300ruppees extra for heater. Bathroom tiny, small water heater so maximum shower time 2mins. Corridors stank of cigarettes, front doors locked at 10pm, you don't get a key. No idea how to prepare food to western tastes.
Very overpriced for standard(s) provided.
