Cons:

Τις μισές μέρες δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό. Υπήρχε βλάβη η οποία δεν διορθώθηκε οριστικά μέχρι να φύγουμε.
Η καθημερινή καθαριότητα που αναφέρεται στις παροχές δεν υπήρχε. Το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ. Αλλάχθηκαν μόνο οι πετσέτες αφού το ζητήσαμε. Το μπάνιο άβολο, δεν υπήρχε χώρος ούτε για να ακουμπήσεις ένα αφρόλουτρο κ η λεκάνη είχε πουρί…
Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο, ωστόσο δεν υπήρχε χώρος για κομοδίνο από την μια πλευρά με αποτέλεσμα να ακουμπάμε τα πράγματα στο πάτωμα.Όπως κ στην κουζίνα τα σκεύη που παρείχαν ήταν ανεπαρκή (ένα κουταλάκι για δυο άτομα)
Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι το σήμα του Ίντερνετ ήταν πολύ αδύναμο.
Θα πρότεινα στους ιδιοκτήτες να περάσουν ένα τριήμερο στο κατάλυμά τους. Έτσι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να διαπιστώσουν μόνοι τους τις ελλείψεις κ ίσως να ξανασκεφτούν τη χρέωση του δωματίου. Θεωρώ ότι η τιμή δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε καμία περίπτωση σε αυτό που προσφέρουν!

Pros:

The location was 10 min by car from Myrina next to a small village and 5 steps from the beach Stvi, so if you want a quiet environment and peaceful place to stay I really suggest it. The view from the apartment was super nice inside a big garden with olive trees around. The staff was fine too.

Cons:

The price is quite high for that type of accommodation. The apartment was really old inside the decoration simple and not that clean. Toilet really small and you could smell the mold.
AC was ok. No soundproof but thank god we didn't have loud neighbors. It should be more organized and with much more amenities for the price we paid.
